They did such a great job they were the company I called when I decided to replace my porch CFL can lights with LED lights. Jay was the man they sent and he did an awesome job. He was fast and took great care not to damage any stucco. When finished, Jay did a very thorough job cleaning up. It was a perfect install. I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

The reason I chose to call Red Hawk Electric was because of the positive reviews. I spoke with the receptionist Dominique which was very polite and courteous to scheduled a date and time for a walk-through of our home project. The meeting day came with Beau The owner of RedHawk. During the walk through Beau gave us (my wife and I) some different ideas on how to save money without cutting amy corners. Upon the end of the walk through my wife and where impressed by his professionalism, politeness and integrity. Before he left he noticed a smoke detector missing from one of our walls. He asked if I had a replacement and I said yes ; he installed it without hesitation for no charge. That type of unselfishness and caring pretty much sealed the deal for going with Red Hawk. When the day came to do the project Beau and his crew arrived early to begin the project before SCE showed up to de-energize our home. Beau did all the scheduling with SCE. At the end of the day there was still a little more that needed to be done on another day. My wife had a little special project she wanted done which was hanging a light fixture. Beau could see that she was disappointed So he installed it for her. She got a big smile on her face. All the work has now been completed. My wife and I are very pleased with Red Hawk electric from the starting point of the receptionist to the end of the project. They picked up all the waste and left a tidy work site. Sometimes it can be difficult to find an electrician that you can trust. They can pretty much tell you anything and tell you here is what it's gonna cost to fix and then you are left wondering what you should do. Redhawk Electric made me feel at ease and helped me to make an informed decision before I had them do the work in my home. I had these guys come out and replace some receptacles in my bedroom. My iphone and ipad chargers would no longer stay in the wall, the plugs just kept falling out. The owner Beau, was very knowledgeable and was able to replace them within 15 minutes. He knew exactly what the problem was, gave me a solution and then he proceeded to replace the old receptacles with new updated ones. He also took the time to explain to me why the old ones can cause power failure problems and why the new ones are much better. He helped me to understand why the old ones had failed and what I can expect from the new ones. Most electricians I have met don't usually take the time to explain to the homeowner the details of the job, they just want to get paid and get to the next job. That is not the case with Redhawk Electric. These guys were professional, fast, and made me feel like I had made the right decision in choosing them for my electrical repairs. After a break in at our home, we called Redhawk Electric to suggest better lighting in our driveway. Mr. Beau Serat came out and suggested several ideas that we didn't even think about. He bought the supplies, presented the receipts to us (he never upcharged the supplies), did the install on the outside of our home, and cleaned up the mess. I have suggested his company time and time again, and have even used his services for some ceiling fans and outlets for our washer and dryer. He's always honest, efficient, and very knowledgable. I'm absolutely puzzled by the review that a customer was upset that Redhawk Electric charged for materials for the job. I have used Beau from Redhawk Electric for several jobs at my house & have always had professional, prompt & quality service & results. I have even recommended Beau to several friends & family & they have all been extremely happy with Redhawk electrics prices & service. I'm calling Beau this week to wire for another ceiling fan in our house & my parents just had their 3rd appointment with Beau. Roger Martinez was schedule to replace two ceiling fans on 8/24/21, between 12 to 2pm, he came around 1pm, and was very prompt, getting to work right away. Was a great guy to talk too, assembled the fans for us, and made sure each one worked properly, even double checking them, before wrapping on up. Took the two old fans to toss them away, answered all of our questions that we threw at him, and took about two hours or so to finish, just came in to do the job and get out. Amazing! This is a follow-up to a review I left for Redhawk recently. I had previously given them a bad review when their employees left the job in an unprofessional manner. Beau had not been at the site so was unaware of what had been done. I received a check today for what it cost me to have the ceiling repaired. I wish more businesses would act so honorably.
