Our son, Gianluca ("Luca"), has been a patient of yours and of Lauren's since we started Speech…read moreTherapy several years ago. Lauren was Luca's therapist even before she joined your practice, and we continued with her there. As Luca is now 4-years-old and I've had the chance to interact with numerous physicians, caretakers, therapists and professionals related to his overall care, I can say with confidence that I am in awe of Lauren. Lauren is a passionate, dedicated and energetic therapist. She showed up to each and every session in our home ready and focused on Luca. She cared very deeply about Luca's progress and went above and beyond to ensure he had every chance to access speech, language and develop to his maximum potential. I appreciated her creative approach to "learn" what Luca liked and disliked, and how she could bring the best out of him. She tailored her activities and approach to Luca's interests and although my nonverbal son is difficult at times to understand from first glance, Lauren successfully navigated their communication styles and was able to have a relationship with Luca. Lauren not only taught Luca, but she also educated my husband and myself, in addition to our nurses and other caretakers to ensure we all had access to learning Luca's best options and what opportunities there are for us all as we continue down this path. She was patient, persistent and opened our eyes to possibilities we would never have known. As a mom, I felt supported fully by Lauren and knew she truly loved my son. That went far beyond any level of care I could ever have asked for - I don't often leave "reviews" but I feel obligated to share how much of a true difference Lauren has made in our lives.

We had a lot of concerns and didn't know what progress would realistically look like. Erikah came in with a clear plan, set thoughtful stretch goals, and more importantly, knew exactly how to connect and engage in a way that made learning feel natural and fun. Not only did our child meet every single goal she set, but the confidence and willingness to try new things has grown just as much as the physical skills. Erikah is patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in the children she works with. We feel incredibly grateful to have her as part of our support team and would highly recommend her to any family seeking pediatric physical therapy.

OT is a world I didn't know much about, but I felt very supported and got a lot of information and help. Their facility is also really big and has so many fun things to engage your kids like a zip line; trampoline, ball pit; games, feeding room, etc. I highly recommend going to them and you will see your children grow and develop.

Ariel is truly incredible at what she does. After suffering for nine long months with pelvic pain…read morecaused by multiple infections that led to pelvic floor dysfunction, I felt hopeless. I went to four different doctors and no one could figure out why I was in so much pain. I basically had to self-diagnose just to get closer to answers -- and that's what led me to Ariel. From the very first appointment, I knew I was in the right place. Ariel genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help. She listens, she validates your experience, and she actually connects the dots. Her knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction is impressive, but what really sets her apart is how sincere and invested she is in your healing. She quite literally gave me my life back. After months of constant pain and frustration, I finally feel like myself again. If you are struggling with pelvic pain and not getting answers, do not wait. Ariel is worth every single penny. I cannot recommend her enough.

Thank you so much for everything you did!

They are without a doubt the best physical therapy provider in San Diego county, California, the west coast, and definitely the country. I've been a client since June 2007 when I re-injured my surgically repaired knee a year post surgery. I worked nearby and it came up on the list. I was mostly excited for the location. Once I had my first appointment I knew I had found the perfect medical care professionals. Their treatments are whole body with an emphasis on full mobility. They don't just look at the affected area without considering how it's affecting your walk, stance, sitting, and daily life. I've worked with many of the PTs over the years but have maintained a relationship with one of my original therapist who has helped me through a plethora of issues, injuries, and surgery. I can't recommend them enough and have recommended them to many people. Thank you, RU for giving a darn about your patients and their wellbeing.

Also the massages they would do on my shoulder really helped. My experience with the PTs was mixed. My first two sessions were with Jeff and he seemed to view work as social hour. He would give me exercises then immediately wander off to talk to another PT about his weekend or whatever else. No complaints about his knowledge or abilities as a PT, but he needs to pay more attention to patients. My last four sessions were with Madison and she was great. Much more attentive and also just generally fun to talk to. While I was doing exercises with her (or the assistant) they would walk around, look at my form, tell me where to improve so the exercises were more effective. Felt like I was getting a lot more benefit from those sessions. Overall I'd recommend them, but don't be shy about asking to switch PTs if you don't feel like you got a great one.

I went here for my first ever physical therapy session in my life. I honestly did not have any idea…read morewhat to expect at a physical therapy session. But after one session at this place, I went to a different physical therapy place. in comparing different places, this place was disorganized and unsure of these good reviews.. The parking in this place is fine. It's shared with other businesses. I went in and this place felt cramped. They had so much different equipments in fairly small area. Adding to that, there were a lot of people in the facility that made it feel more cramped. I met with my physical therapist and she evaluated where I'm at with pain and movement. I was there for a total of hour and a half for my first session and I only saw the physical therapist for maybe 20 to 30 minutes. The rest of the session was doing different movements, which was done with someone else. She would just tell me how many reps to do and what to do but didn't really explain anything else. She was also watching over so many different people at the same time. So if you're here to get one on one session, this place would not be for you. They ended my session with some icing and some sort of electrical stimulation. After that, they just told me that I can go home. I was surprised that they did not ask me to pay for my co-pay on my first visit. A few weeks later, someone did leave me a message that I owe them co-pay. When I called back, they said I didn't owe anything and needed to do some more research and they will email me. I waited for at least two weeks and call them back because I haven't heard anything. That is when they finally told me I did have some co-pay to pay. I wonder what would have happened if I did not follow up since nobody in this facility cared enough. Overall, this place felt very disorganized, cramped, not very hands-on.

We haven't gone to an IEP meeting yet so I will update once we do, but I do feel that he is an assesor with integrity which is important. Too many therapists have improper training by districts and deny children a proper assesment. Mr. Wilson's facility is very comprehensive, clean and orderly...he has a big train set in the entrance which instantly calmed my child who loves trains. His front desk staff is kind, respectful and attentive. So far I have a high opinion of this center and this assesor and will bring my other children who need OT services here. I should also add that I've been to many OT centers and some are run in a very "mill"/"factory" way where the kids are pushed through. I did not get that feel here.
