If I could do 0 stars I would. THIS GUY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!…read moreHad my van towed there to get an estimate and the price was to high for my liking. He told me after 2 days he has to charge a fee for holding my can there which was not a problem. The problem was an hour later he charges me for the 48 hour fee when it was only about 24 hours and he told.me I would not get my van back unless I paid it or he will call the cops. Then when we get there.to pay it he all of sudden says the money is for restocking parts he ordered when I didn't even give him the go head on fixing the van. And the worst part is he tried to buy my van from my mother who does not even own it. IF YOU HAVE ANY BRAINS STAY VERY FAR FROM THIS GUY O and its at his house and not an actual business. Real professional

I had it towed to K&B after a couple of days of researching and was nothing but impressed. Kahleb gave me a full breakdown of the services provided, the process and an estimate for the diagnostic testing. After the diagnostic check, he was in constant contact with me on pricing, approval, ordering/receiving parts and completion. Not only did he have my car fixed in a timely manner, but he also kept it under 24/7 surveillance at his shop, ensuring the safety of my vehicle while I'm hundreds of miles away. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing to have their vehicle serviced.

I took my wife's vehicle here for a regular oil change and the technician started the engine with…read moreno oil. This of course destroyed the engine. They did replace the engine, but only after enduring a 4 1/2 month nightmare. I understand that mistakes happen, but you learn what a company is truly made of in those times. I learned that Tire Crew is a business to avoid at all costs. Communicating with them throughout the process was horrible. At the end of the ordeal we had a vehicle with a new engine that still leaked oil and now has the engine change on the Carfax, which of course diminishes the value. When I asked them to compensate for the diminished value they did not respond. I wouldn't spend another dime in this place. Terrible management and incompetent technicians, and I'm being nice.
