Took my car in multiple days in a row and they gave great customer service but couldn't figure out the issue with my vehicle... I took it to O'reilly's, they scanned my car and the issue came up, I got into my car, ordered swapped the piece myself, my car now works perfectly Not really sure what they were doing but if it just took one engine light scan it makes me feel like they overcharged me, and just reset the engine light that came back on a few days after I got my car back... honestly disappointing I suggest before you take your car in just go get a free engine scan from one of the quick places to get some real answers read more

I sent an employee 3 times for an oil change & after being told it would be 3-4 hours the 1st two times, the employee showed up for a 3rd time Friday at 8:30AM & was told they "might" get to it that afternoon. Might? And a weekend? Yes, please keep my truck all weekend in case I get "blessed" with a 20 minute oil change...Da*n, what are businesses coming to...COVID? The excuse of the millennia!
