When I brought this to the assistant's attention, she called her supervisor and explained that the label had not been updated to reflect the new price. While I understand pricing errors can happen, good customer service would have been to honor the clearly marked price and correct future labels--not insist I pay more than what was advertised. Instead, I was told I had to pay the higher price. It left me questioning the store's pricing practices. This isn't the first disappointing experience. On another occasion, the same assistant refused to let me return a meal I had just purchased--despite the fact that I hadn't even left the store and only wanted to exchange it because my daughter changed her mind. Additionally, I've noticed that the portion sizes of the meals have been shrinking noticeably over the past year. Overall, I'm becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the service and value at this location.

My husband and I gravitated towards redefine meals over other meal prep stores because of their clean, simple ingredients and use of avocado oils. I also love how they offer frozen meals as well for a discount. I bought a few of them and there was no lack of taste or flavor when warmed/thawed. I am also extremity grateful for the first responder discount offered. My snowblower needed a tune up and some miner fixes, And like always i waited until Dec to have it looked at. I called around to several places and all said it would take at least 30-60 days to get it back????? I called my dad who had used Amityville Feed in the past and was impressed with there service. I said I had nothing to loose and gave them a call. They were extremely friendly and said they could pick it up in a day or two and would have it back within a week, As long as there was nothing major wrong. They did a tuneup cleaned and lubricated and filled tires and fixed drive. All in all it was 229.00 with pick up and delivery which is a bargain. I would highly recommend Amityville Feed for all your snowblower fixing and repairs. I can be sure I will definitely use them again in the future
