No pressure, which we really liked. All the rvs had prices and details clearly marked. We shopped a couple other places in Anderson that have some bad reviews, and the salesman was high pressure. The RV tech Dan was helpful going over everything with us, and he said the owners were good to their employees. It's our first RV and so far we are quite happy with our Rock wood mini lite.

Shasta, so I called back and explained that I knew how touchy my Subaru could be with all wheel drive and damage easily caused by, for example, just buying one new tire. I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend these folks for your repair and maintenance needs. Thanks Rizz!

I had an outstanding experience with Vic's Mobile Marine…read more I inherited a 20+ year-old boat from my parents and have been restoring it as a tribute to them. Unfortunately, the motor failed last summer, and I needed guidance on the best path forward. Vic took the time to walk me through all of my options, including repairing the existing motor versus replacing it. His knowledge, honesty, and patience made the decision easy. What started as a motor replacement turned into a much larger project. In addition to installing a new outboard, Vic and his team upgraded the steering system, controls, ignition, and other related components to ensure everything worked together properly and safely. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that the boat was being done right, not just patched together. What impressed me most was the transparency. Vic provided a detailed quote up front, explained all costs clearly, and there were absolutely no surprise charges. The entire team was friendly, professional, and great to work with. Once all the parts arrived, the installation was completed quickly, and the boat was ready for pickup. The team also gave me a thorough walkthrough of the new motor and control systems and answered all my questions. The quality of the work was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the customer service reminded me of the way businesses used to operate. I have another family boat that needs restoration, and I'll be bringing it straight to Vic and his team. Highly recommend Vic's Mobile Marine to anyone looking for honest advice, quality work, and exceptional service.
