As much as I enjoy walking up and down every aisle, yes I am that person, I never leave without checking the clearance section. It is all the way in the back if the store but seems to be the sweet spot for me not based on price but more-so on size. When you have small feet and easily wear both adult and kids sizes, it's hard to find most shoes in your size. Imagine that! However, this store has been so good to me, I can't recall the last time I left out of here empty handed. The kind folks who work here are always there to help and are actually always happy!! Shoes have that kind of power over you, if you are a true shoe lover!! I like that they are willing to go the extra mile to make all your shoe dreams come true!

We left 3 other shoe stores in that mall because of horrible customer service. And let me tell it's hard to walk out of a store when school is about to start and your kid finally finds the shoes they have been looking for but you have to leave and explain how some things are unacceptable. I am so glad we went into this store, it was the first time for us. The store was clean, everything was marked, and it was a good sale on items too. We walked out with 4 pairs of shoes and one pair that was ordered. The only two name I got were Mariah (manager) and Zeke an associate. There was one other young man that was also great but I didn't get his name. Because of the excellent service they provided, they have gained return customers and I will certainly be telling others.

Today's visit felt a little different though as soon as I opened the doors it felt clean like operating room sterile type clean which I appreciated! However it also felt very sparse the aisles and racks that are usually over flowing with products were very neat and very limited! I couldn't tell if they were limited due to low inventory or if they were limited for COVID reasons? Jury is still out on that one! During the check out portion of my visit there were bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere! The employees sprayed the counters down in between each transaction! Not only were the employees were mask but they had a barrier of plexiglass to help keep them safe! Overall I appreciated the measures the store took to keep its employees and customers safe. I would've have enjoyed more inventory to choose from though!

I paid $100 to have speed hooks installed on both of my competition boots, including an additional…read more$20 for priority service. I was told the work would be completed in a few days. When I picked them up, most of the speed hooks were not installed securely -- they turned in place when tested. I returned the next time the shop was open to have the issue corrected, but the hooks still were not properly secured. I was informed that they could not be installed any better. Unfortunately, this left the boots unsuitable for their intended competition use. My remaining options are to have another cobbler repair the issue, return the boots to the manufacturer for correction, or retire them altogether, as the experience has diminished their sentimental value. I am disappointed with the workmanship and the lack of resolution after paying for priority service. I expected better quality and customer care given the total cost. I am considering filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau so this matter can be properly reviewed.

There is usually no line when I visit in the morning, which was the case today (04.10.25). I would suggest going early as I have waited up to 20 mins when visiting in the late afternoon and evenings. This is likely due to there being only one person staffing the return area. My items have always been bagged, labeled and placed in a box alongside other returns. Compared to other return drops, I find that I receive notice from Amazon sooner when using this Kohl's location. Improvements could be made to the organization of the area. It's cluttered and lacks an apparent organizational flow. I have not, however, had any returns go missing or unaccounted for. I'll continue to use this location when convenient.

I was surprised to see the concourse throughout the mall wasn't crowded, yet the parking lots were packed. I had to circle several times to find a spot. The stores I visited had fairly light traffic. I came to this mall while in VA as I wanted to window shop at Bloomingdale's Outlet and Discount Designer Outlet. Sadly, both retailers left me disappointed. Inventory wasn't fashionable or high-end luxury brands that I was expecting. I am frugal and likely wouldn't have bought anything, but would have enjoyed window shopping. To make my experience worse, traffic coming home to Howard County was god-awful and I was reminded why I hate going to VA. A wasted trip of my time coming to this mall when I could have gone to Arundel only eleven minutes away from me.

I received notification from Dick's Sporting Goods and also FedEx that it had arrived at my house today however what I found was simply too posts which make up part of the unit but that was all. So in other words I received something that was totally unusable and didn't compromise the majority of the parts that were supposed to arrive constituting the whole unit. I'm including two pictures attached here. One is an actual picture of what the unit is on the website and the other is what arrived at my house. I called the online store location since that is where it ultimately came from and they didn't know what they were doing and it took me forever to get them to understand what the problem was even though it's a very simple scenario and they told me that I would either have to repack everything and let FedEx pick it back up and wait for a new order to come in or I could wait for them to contact the manufacturer and see how long it would take them to replace whatever pieces are missing. I got no idea of how long either option would take. So I spent time repackaging everything for a future FedEx pick up. I called the Woodbridge Dick's Sporting Goods store to give feedback to the store because they are the ones that I paid for this and they are the ones to put the order in and I have to say that I didn't get any empathy at all. I'm sure that I wasn't in a good mood when I spoke to them but they weren't at all helpful or nice about it. They weren't rude either. All I can say is, after spending a little bit less than 1000 bucks, I really thought I would get better service and results than this. I'm hopeful that UPS does come and pick up what they sent and then brings me a new box that contains all the parts so that I can actually have what I paid for. I don't know how long that'll take no idea but hopeful. I would advise anybody to be very careful shopping there to make sure that things are done properly.

Instead of a polite greeting, she rudely said, "you have to get in line." I was confused and she repeated it with the same tone. I didn't mind getting in line, however there was only a woman entering the line from the other way. When It was our turn, Shams looked at the shoes I was returning and asked if they had been worn. They had not. I actually purchased 2 of the same shoes, just different sizes, and kept the other one. I said they hadn't been worn. She replied, "no one is gonna buy these" with an attitude. I said, "excuse me?" Still with an attitude, she said, "nothing." At the end of the transaction, I asked for her name and she said (again with an attitude), "Shams, why?" I told her so that I can leave a review of her service. I have shopped at Dicks several times and have never been met with such a nasty attitude, especially upon entering the store. I hope Shams can be coached or refreshed and on what customer service should look like, because what I experienced was below standard.
