Just picked up my shoes, which were in for a resole and was truly impressed. They look and feel better than new. The price was fair, and the workmanship was fantastic. I'm so glad I went this route instead of just buying a new pair. Highly recommended! read more

I I specifically showed the Cobbler where I wanted to have my shoes stretched. And what does he do THE TOTAL OPPOSITE!!!! So now I have a new pair of shoes that I cannot wear! When I told him about his mistake, he looked at me as if he didn't understand. If he can't understand what a customer wants; he doesn't need to be in business. I will never return; and never refer anyone. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is a little one man shop so call before you go, just to make sure he is open. I had hip surgery which causes one leg to be longer. Ive taken several pair of shoes in to have a lift added to one. Great job soles match and hardly noticable. The owner is very friendly and likable. Will be using his services again for sure. read more

This is my favorite shoe cobbler. The owner Harold is very professional and nice. I just got my five pairs of shoes repaired by him, super satisfied. Highly recommended read more

I've never been so scared of dropping off a nice pair of shoes to get repaired before. I had legitimate concerns they were going to go "missing" because that place is so messy. That aside, I got a groupon for $16 for $32 to get my high heels soled. Apparently, that only qualifies you for the little tidbit sole on the heel of the shoe, not the whole shoe. He charged me an extra $32 to put a complete sole on the shoe. Translation: if I had not had the groupon, I would have had to pay $64 + tax to get 2 pairs of high heels soled! I would NEVER go back, especially when there are places around here that could do the whole thing for $10 a shoe. Ridiculous. Also, dropping off and picking up I had to wait 20 min each time so that he could get to me (and I was the only one in the store?). Be prepared to wait for him... read more

The guys here absolutely destroyed my shoes and still charged me for it. They were return to me a different color and the scuffs were not even removed... sooo dissatisfied. Stay away! read more

I asked for an estimate to re-sew seams on a pair of boots that were coming undone. The gentleman said it would be difficult because he couldn't use his sewing machine (steel toes) and would have to do it by hand (which I expected). He told me it would be $35 and that they'd be done the following Saturday (1 week later). I showed up the following Saturday and the boots hadn't been touched. A different gentlemen working the counter had no explanation for why they weren't fixed on time. He didn't offer an apology and he didn't even say when they'd be done. He just told me to call back on Monday. I told him "no thanks" and asked for my boots back. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO LEAVE YOUR SHOES IN THEIR HANDS. I just picked up a pair shoes that needed some cleaning. When I picked them up, they looked dirtier than ever. It looks like someone had wear the shoes and my nice Michael Kors shoes have dirty spots all over. It seems like someone went to a party or has been drinking and my shoes got all the alcohol. They look horrible. read more

This is a amazing place to get your shoes done. I usually get my heels cut and I love it. But on a certain day I came in and man was yelling at the worker and made him nervous when it was my turn. If you think they messed something up then please tell them in a non yelling way, I know your shoes must have been special but if you don't yell at them then they can fix it. read more

I'm so glad that he is still at Manassas Mall. I've taken many pairs of shoes and boots to him for a variety of fixes. He never disappoints me. Just recently he replaced the heel bottoms on my favorite shoe boots, plus he touched up the rest of my scarred up heels and polished and buffed them too. Reasonably priced and they look fantastic! I highly recommend him! read more

I brought in a leather purse to see if it could be repaired. One of the rivets that held together the strap had ripped thru the leather and I wasn't sure if it could be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the purse a few days later that it was indeed repaired and if I didn't know better, I wouldn't know it had ever been damaged. And it only cost me $15. read more

I was decluttering our place last week and found 7 pairs of shoes (my husband's, my kids', and my own) that have been worn anymore but could still be usable if done some minor repair. I took them to this shop and they took care of it, finished on time as promised. read more

I have to say, I had a completely different experience than the previous reviewer. Yes, this place looks a bit disorganized, but they really went above and beyond what they had to in repairing my shoes. I took a pair of adorable leather oxford flats there to have the sole reglued, as it was coming off. They glued it, but another day later the sole was coming off again. I brought the shoes back and it turns out that something with the leather and the sole made the glue not able to hold them together. So, the cobbler told me that he would stitch the sole and the shoe together, free of charge, because the glue hadn't worked. This involved creating holes in the soles of the shoes and handstitching at times. This took quite a bit of effort on his part, but he never charged me anything extra! I love my shoes and am very pleased that they were able to be fixed (without any extra cost!). read more

Excellent customer service, wonderful workmanship at a great price. They even put a rush job on it for me. I would highly recommend.

I took my Kate Spade purse into them to have the straps replaced 1 month ago. During that time, they never contacted me to give me an update. After 2 weeks I tried to reach them, the phone number on the claim ticket does not work, so I had to go on line to find the number. The man that tends the counter told me the straps should be in in a couple days. Well, 2 weeks later, no word. I went in to the shop and there was my purse, hanging in the same spot as when I dropped it off. I asked the same man at the counter what was the problem and he said he couldn't find the straps and would do another option, I handed him my claim ticket and got my purse back UN-REPAIRED!!! Never will I go there again. This is a $375.00 purse and they will never touch it again. I'd stay away from this place if you value your belongings. THIS GUY DOESN'T CARE, he's was always flirting with the girls that came in...HOW ABOUT TAKING CARE OF A PAYING CUSTOMER!?!?!?!?!!!! read more

I'm sooo sorry I didn't check the reviews for this place before going there. So I ordered a pair of light pink suede shoes from China (only place I could find the right shade of pink) for an event this weekend. I received them early this week and as soon as I tried them on, one of the heels broke. Since I knew there wasn't enough time for me to get another pair, I took the broken shoe to this place in the mall. I noticed that the place was very dirty and disorganized and although I was hesitant, I went ahead and left the shoe to be repaired as I was in a desperate situation. When I went in today to pick up the shoe, the heel was fixed and I paid him cash. However, if you've ever been there before, you know it's pretty dark in there. OMG, when I stepped out in the mall in the light I saw that the shoe was filthy dirty. So I went back and complained to the man who claimed to be the owner and he was extremely rude and uncooperative. He said it looked like that when I dropped it off and he washed his hands before working on them. That was a lie from the pit of hell!!! His hands were so grimy and dirty it was pathetic!!! Reluctantly, he took the shoe back and so call tried to clean it which was a big mistake because it made bad matters worse and now, long story short, I don't have any shoes for my event this weekend. I'm sooo frickin mad I could spit nails!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...IT IS BAD NEWS!!! read more

Horrible experience here ! The man that runs the store charged me $60 for a half sole repair on one pair of shoes. This sounded pricey but I couldn't afford new boots and only have one pair so I decided to go for it since it was cheaper then buying a new pair of boots. Second red flag was when he said I couldn't pick them up until 4 days later. I understand I'm not the only customer this guy has but for a "30 minute" job in his words that's pretty ridiculous. I decide to pay for it anyway... The day of pickup rolls around and when I get to the mall he had lost my boots! When he finally finds them in the filthy and disorganized shop with shoes piled everywhere he hadn't even touched them... Tells me to come back later with NO apology. Sorry but I already took time out of my day to drive the 40 minutes round trip to come over here. I don't think so . When I ask for a refund and to just take my boots he tells me he doesn't "have any money in the register" ! Are you kidding me?? ThE owner seems to use the language barrier as a way to get out of providing good customer service and frankly he was far more disrespectful to me when I came in alone then when my boyfriend was with me too. I guess that's what I get for going to a shop in Manassas Mall! Avoid this place! Go to a place that actually acts like they need and appreciate your business, won't charge expensive prices, and values customer service skills! read more
