But Starting with the bored monotone "Hi welcome in" without even looking up - this "salesperson" could hardly bother to acknowledge me, even though I was the only person in the shop. My question were met with grunts and rolled eyes that made it clear I was not going to get any help here. It was beyond antipathy - more like overt passive aggression. I drove out to the store on Ft. Apache, and got excellent service. Bought boots there instead. I don't expect a minimum-wage Zoomer to be overjoyed to be working in a boot store; but some basic civility would be nice. read more

Use common sense. I just spent over $200 on a new pair of boots and I asked for an extra pair of shoelaces for my old boots and the lady told me that I needed to bring the shoes in so they can verify. I am not shopping at this Red Wing store anymore. read more

I was in need of some new work boots, after my Kujo work boots started hurting my feet. I have heard of this company many times on YouTube so I thought I'd come and give it a try. They are not cheap, but they are of good quality material and feel solid on my feet. I also got the custom insoles. I was impressed because they measure your feet and scan your foot pattern for a custom insole . I have high hopes for these boots and time will tell if they last. read more

Came here for new work shoes for a new job. And came in with a bit of fear I wasn't going to find what I was looking for. But after Jeff helped me and brought out 5 shoes for me to try on. There are employees here that are great, others who act indifferent. They'll let you try on shoes, sell you shoes, and after you pay tell you they're not returnable because they're "used." There are other Red Wing stores in the valley, I'd stick with those. Shame not all the staff is as welcoming as they could be. read more

Buyers beware About 3 years ago we purchased my husband work boots, one reason we chose redwing was for the repair and re-sole ability, however, when we took them in to be re-soled we were told they dont make that shoe anymore so they wont repair them or re-sole them, and his only option was to buy new ones. Seems like they just want to make a sell and are too lazy to help us. We did end up buying a. Ew pair but they are super uncomfortable. We have contacted their cooperate office and hopefully they will honor their policies. Will update with their response. read more

I stopped by today to get a pair of Red Wing Shoes repaired. Tom, the owner, greeted me as he was working with another customer. I was in no rush so I insisted on waiting. Tom was able to work with both of us at the same time. He was a very nice gentlemen and takes pride in the business. I had a hole in the toe of my boot and he gave me his honest opinion. He didn't guarantee that he could fix it but it would be pretty good. I then started to look around and he asked if there was anything I wanted to try on. Needless to say he brought out 2 sizes of 2 different pairs of boots for me to try on. He laced it and also tied them on for me. He gave me the full service. I can't say enough about him and his business. I continued to walk around with the boots on my fee to get a good feel for them. He didn't mind at all. We also continued to chit chat. At the end of it I walked out with a pair of 2406. He was very helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands. I told him I took pride in footwear and he told me he also did the same. Came in to ask a question and the lady on staff would not even look at me before turning me away to seek assistance at their other location in Henderson. I went to this branch and tried on a shoe that I wanted but they didn't have the size I was comfortable with. Richard looked into their system to see which store had the size and quickly found other branch that had what size I was looking for. I bought the shoe from that branch thanks Richard for being a great help with fitting and finding my shoe. read more

This is the worst store. There are no exchange even their shoe are uncomfortable.think carefully before u go out of the store. The salesman told me that they guarantee their product comfortably, we can return if not comfortable even we wore it . But when I go exchange another pair of shoe because it hurt my feet. The other sale person told me that we don't guarantee the comfort. No exchange or return , I have to keep that pair of shoe. Is that mean you take your own risk to try our products. Excellent experience here. Tom helped me out with finding required boots for my job. I had no clue what I was looking for and he knew exactly what company I worked for so he was able to show me the selections available to the standards set. Tom explained the boots in detail and didn't try to up sell me at all. He then proceeded to have me try some on and I could not express enough how comfortable these shoes were. Tom measured my feet and had me walk around the store in the boots. Very professional and this guy knew what he was talking about. First time -- NEVER AGAIN. My company was actually excited to try out Red Wing this year instead of Shoes for Crews. After my experience with Leoni at the W. Sahara location, I will say GO TO SHOES FOR CREWS. I have never been so blatantly brushed off, it's such a shame that Red Wing would have someone like her representing their brand; I'm embarrassed for them. And it's too bad that she shares a store with Jepherson, who absolutely puts her customer service to shame. (I only hope he is compensated more fairly than she..) According to Leoni, once the shoes are "worn," they are not returnable. While according to Jepherson, within 30 days of the sale, they are returnable so long as they are sellable. (Which is the normal shoe store policy, at least it is at Shoes for Crews too...?) Why Leoni is on a completely different page and would rather dissatisfy a first time BUSINESS ACCOUNT customer, mind you, blows my mind. My favorite part of my Leoni experience though was that she forgot that I walked in while she was finishing up on the phone. So I got to hear her repeated customer service favoritism for a business account customer that she was already familiar with. And when she looked up mine and didn't recognize my cannabis-related account, she made the decision to be unhelpful and disengaged for me. Someone should retrain Leoni that regardless of MY industry, in HER industry consistency and customer service are KEY. I told Leoni the shoes will now sit, unused. She suggested I wear longer socks and try breaking them in at home.. Horrible, horrible... Go to Shoes for Crews. Horrible store, horrible business with the worst customer service. I'll sum my experience up as shortly as possible. The store associate sized me incorrectly, and when tried to return I was denied. Contacted bank to fight the charge with a dissatisfied charge back. Corporate finally said they would refund due to wrong size given. I usps the boots, never receive refund check, and they fight through my bank so I am still being charged for boots I returned. Trust me when I say you can buy a good quality shoe elsewhere and not risk the horrible customer service experiences. Not only am I being charged for boots I do not have, but I have dealt with much frustration and literal agony over this business. read more
