This usually leaves my options pretty slim since I usually shop at discount stores. Today I didn't see any New Balance or Asics that caught my eye. I…read moredidn't catch that they were talking to me at first, considering they were helping customers in front of them. I reopened the door to get my son, and I heard her say "or not." In a loud, rude and sarcastic manner. I apologized to her for not hearing her, and of course she ignored that. What rude behavior not only to myself but to the customers who she was checking out at the check stand. I won't be back. Managers: maybe give your workers more training in customer service and stop training them to shout down everyone who walks in and out of the store.

You get way more money per piece sold, you get an itemized list that you can check any time to see what has sold and what has not, the ladies working there are very nice and friendly, and they have a good selection of items at at fair price. I can't imagine that is official policy of Kohl's but it was nice to hear. When we checked out, we were working with the same person that greeted us. She was friendly with us upon checkout, engaging us with some friendly banter. It was almost like Sara enjoyed being there....imagine that. My wife got what she wanted as well. There were lots of things to see that's for sure but the aisle were so narrow! If two people were checking one aisle we wouldn't be able to make space for the other to pass by. It looked quite messy and not organized when I went. Lots of thing were on the floor or clothes were just thrown on top so it was hard to find things or I didn't feel motivated to explore and check.
