My wife requires a 25mm lift in her left shoe to correct a medical condition, we brought in 3 pairs of shoes to have these lifts added and they finished not only the Birkenstocks but 2 pairs of running shoes in less than 2 weeks. They look fantastic and more importantly they did excellent work at a very reasonable expense. Everyone we have met in the store is extremely nice and helpful. They make you feel at home in the store. Thank you all! Forgot to mention they are a Birkenstock approved repair store, so my is very happy she can wear her "birks" again!

Finally I go back after the 45 days & was told they were not ready! I was pleasant but insisted I needed the shoes immediately!! I get the shoes 2 days after the promised date, no apology & then she tries to imitate me & we had a few choice words! The repair is the worst job I have ever, ever seen! I have never met people like this & am shocked that they remain in business!! This place needs to be investigated because there has to be something else going on there!! When we first walked into the store two employees were standing in the front an older male and female whom did not greet us as we came in, actually looked the other way. Why are you standing there if not to greet customers anyway. Second, another employee followed us around the store pretending to be a shopper. The store in itself had a wide selection of shoes and I did find something to wear. The sales clerk was helpful as I had picked up a pair of shoes with two different sizes and she went back to get the correct shoe for me and I appreciated that. At my age and having shopped many many years I felt its time for store managers and corporate offices to demand more out of their employees. The clearance rack at the back of the store is the place to find dynamite deals that can't be matched anywhere else. Don't even stop at the regular inventory when you enter - go straight to the clearance rack first... then, if you can't find anything, hit up the regular inventory. Their prices aren't too steep, but this is definitely a step above Payless in terms of price. That said, you get what you pay for - it's a step above Payless in quality as well. The service has always been exceptional. I've never not been approached by someone, whether I was looking for something specific or just generally browsing. They've got a great crew over there.
