I took a pair of shoes to have the elastic remove from the strap because it kept slipping off my heel, a simple task right?? It was on July 25, 2026 & had to pay upfront $30 which was excessive but I needed it done! The woman who works there her name is Cynthia has the personality of a Rattlesnake! She rude & just plain nasty & unpleasant! Tells me that it will take approximately 60 days? Right away I thought it was a joke!! This is at the most a half hour job & I told her I needed them before that so she said around 45 days which is still crazy. I waited went back twice hoping they would be there early NOPE! Finally I go back after the 45 days & was told they were not ready! I was pleasant but insisted I needed the shoes immediately!! I get the shoes 2 days after the promised date, no apology & then she tries to imitate me & we had a few choice words! The repair is the worst job I have ever, ever seen! I have never met people like this & am shocked that they remain in business!! This place needs to be investigated because there has to be something else going on there!! Don't use this place because they have absolutely no clue how to repair shoes or run a business!!!!!!

I dropped the scooter 5 times within a two-week period--it was a serious accident waiting to happen. Happenstance led me to Ct3 in Fredericksburg (I got a tip that Cliff is the best!). The owner, Cliff, looked it over and said, "Yep, I can lower it!" Two days later, I picked up a scooter that's finally safe for me to ride! The brackets he made by hand look great (cannot tell they're not stock), and it's the PERFECT size for me now. I'm so happy. Now, he's ordering all the replacement parts to fix all that I banged up. Wish I had met Cliff before I bought the scooter; I would have taken it to him before I ever attempted to ride. Not only did I love the work he did, his shop is immaculate--which says a lot about the way he treats your bike when it's in his care.

I learned more about the process of what impacts your club results and you actually measure the difference in the combinations of shaft and head. Yes you can buy a "stock" club from a retailer but after seeing the difference shafts and then heads make in the results it is worth the difference in price. Buying a new club is a major expense and this gives you confidence in the results you will get. They do not try to oversell you or change your swing. I amm a 63 year old male with 20 year old Ping technology and it was interesting to see the difference from then to now and to learn about the measurements.
