In the store, very few American made boots. Here is my biggest beef. This has more to do with the manufacturers that this business itself, but as the retailers, they should speak up to the greed of the manufacturers. Bad enough, that there are any products here made elsewhere, but when you are making a p[air of boots that you paid the person $5 a month to make, that should be reflected in the sale price. Don't turn around and charge $200 for a pair of boots that cost you $12 to make!!! That said, I didn't end up with nay boots. Maybe they had something there but I wouldn't know because in the 20 minutes I was looking around, no one came over and asked me if I needed any help!!!

His bed broke and I called the company to do a repair. They told me multiple times people were being sent out to take care of it, and it never happened. I was also told multiple times I would get a call from a supervisor, and that never happened. My father was left with an unnecessary safety risk for days on end due to the incompetence of this company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

The customer service was awful except for a few. They were supposed to help with a wheelchair for my son, who's diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and quadriplegic. I did everything I was asked to get things done. They acted as though they were going to do everything they could to help me with my son's wheelchair. I saw the OT and the wheelchair technician. I took my son to his doctors for the physical and prescription. I called today 3/4/26 after not hearing from anyone in four months. I was told they had no information on file other than a prescription with not enough information on it. I asked why wasn't I contacted, they said they had no contact information for me. I spoke with another receptionist and she said it wasn't true, they had both address and phone number on file. I contacted the OT and she told me that they said they closed the case. I was not notified about this. They are very unprofessional and they are liars. I am very hurt and disappointed. My Son is in need of a wheelchair that's accustomed to his body. He also has dislocated hips. I have dealt with Nu Motion, National Seating and Mobility they were also unsupportive and non commuting, the worst as well. The most painful thing is my son is not able to walk, talk or do anything for himself, and we rely on facilities like this to help us and the staff only want a paycheck. They can care less about my child and others like him. I would never recommend anyone to use these services.
