During the party we had more people than we anticipated so I gave Arturo a call to see if he could deliver extra chairs/tables which he came through. To me, that's an insane price for picking up and dropping off tables and chAirs‍ Additionally, I had to contact Them several times to find out when we would even be getting our equipment. I was given a delivery window of 1-3pm and after several attempts to contact them after 5pm, their truck finally showed up. Just poor communication. Wouldn't recommend.

My event coordinator called Premiere Event Rentals at the very last minute (literally 10pm the night before my wedding) and they came through with all of my missing items. Barb called within about a week to say that the loveseat was built and ready for delivery. She delivered it herself and I helped to move it into the backyard. It was a good bit heavier than I expected -- these are substantial pieces of furniture. She bolted the back on and left some advice about how to maintain the piece (rosewood oil and an all-weather cover for the off season). The piece is perfect for us, and I expect it to last a very long time.

They were accommodating and came out to measure to make sure everything would fit. Day of install they where on time and very professional. We did not end up meeting tent as it did not rain until the day after the party but the tent really rounded up the decor and was part of the vibe for the evening. You…read moreaddressed the photo booth operator's attitude in a defensive manner, but incessantly fail to accept that THIS particular photo booth did not function properly. I never said anything about ALL your booths. The screen was black. Look into it, and stop blaming me for concocting lies. Getting one more turn in the photo booth after two sessions is not that serious. Also, I blurred the images to protect the identities of those in the photos. The album is "private". It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments. We wanted some fun way to get to the reception for ourselves and our bridal party. I always thought carriages would be fun, so I looked and found Peppermint Creek. The people (I think the owners) were easy to work with, accommodating and friendly. We ordered two carriages to take us to our reception, and we kept them longer so they could give our guests rides around Sonora - it was their suggestion and a great one!
