Saw Smoke Stack BBQ outside of the Tractor Supply, and decided to give it a try. Very glad we did! The man (I think he was the owner) was friendly and kind - watched him talking to the lady in front of us, and he was super patient and friendly with her. Gave a great first impression. I had the 2 chicken thighs and the beans. The portions were just right- not crazy big, but enough that I ended up saving one thigh for later. The chicken was skin-on, and moist, smokey and really tasty. The beans were awesome! He uses pineapples and red peppers in the sauce and they were really good - not too sweet, not too spicy, but flavorful as heck. Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and the coleslaw - said both were good too. Food was reasonably priced (all food plus two cans of soda came out to $22) for real, delicious food. If I lived in Cody, this truck would be a regular stop.

The BUS is not hard to locate, parking seemed plentiful at the time Sis and I arrived (2pm Monday). There was another couple waiting for their meal. They were kind enough to allow me to take pictures once their food arrived. Sis and I studied the extensive menu, settling on Street Tacos with rice and beans. Mine were chicken, she had beef. Once the food arrived, all you could hear were moans and groans of pure enjoyment, as we dug in to creamy refried beans, tender slightly spicy rice, and the perfect 2-bite taco filled with purrfectly seasoned meat. We both carried part of our meal home for later. P.S. - The tacos taste as good cold, as they did just off the grill, and that's saying a mouthful. **Highly Recommend ****NOTE: THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF CREDIT CARD.
