They were very clean/organized with Covid stuff- had me wipe down my phone and hands when I came in and very clean inside the shop. Ed tattooed me and was great! Hi, I was tattooed…read moreby Mari. She's incredible. I was in the industry for 11 years. Was married to someone who owned a very prestigious shop in Westchester County, NY. I have been in CT for 4 years. I refused to get tattooed by anyone out here bc I couldn't find anyone good as in NY. But Mari is damn good. What I personally look for in a tattoo is clean lines. That seems like a given but a lot of people either can't do it, or it blows out (expands in your skin). Also I said I would never ever ever in my life get lettering. I am basically covered in what looks like a garden. No lettering. Just no. But, never say never. Not only did I get lettering, but I got it here in Connecticut. And I wish I could have handed her a $100 bill as a tip. Aside from the tattoo and it's quality, Mari made me feel comfortable. She even gave me some candy to double up on the slim chance I would pass out bc it had to go over a bone for a brief minute. Thank you Mari, I really hope I am spelling your name correctly. She goes by @therealsashasmilesz on IG I may or may not choose to post a photo of it bc it is a personal tattoo but just look at her work on IG. She can 100% no doubt, tattoo her butt off. The rest of the people who worked at the shop were also very kind, calm and friendly. Thank you so much "Sara" (from the Bronx)

I just realized I never review 12 Tattoos. It's been a couple years since I got my work done by JP,…read morebut I'm glad I picked him and this studio for my first tattoo. Their clean, professional, friendly, and help put you at ease. Their after care was spot on and my tattoo still looks great to this day, despite some very mild fading. The process was fun, even if communicating my design was difficult (sometimes I suck at explaining things). I drew a skull design and wanted it watercolor, as if paint had spattered on canvas and formed a skull by chance. After a lot of conversation, JP and I settled on a design and he got to work on his first watercolor and my first tattoo. I write this today because I'm going back for my second tattoo and taking my girlfriend for her first (and we had a HORRIBLE experience at a place in Boston)! Excited to see the work Brianna does today. UPDATE 06/27/2017: My girlfriend and I got tattoos today by Briana and I still couldn't possibly recommend 12 Tattoos enough. They are professional, honest, friendly people with incredible talent and genuine care for their work and their customers. My girlfriend absolutely loves her first tattoo and my second tattoo is just perfect, exactly what I wanted.

Fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend John if you're looking for a piercing!…read more My daughter and I recently went in for our noses, I went first so she could watch how he did it before deciding. The moment the needle went through I smiled and sighed relief at how quick and painless he made it and my daughters face lit up with a happy smile and she said "Yes I'm doing it too". John is very calm, steady and supportive. He put the piercing exactly where I wanted it and used the exact procedure my daughter was looking for. I had recently had the nose pierced prior, by someone else, with placement I did not want because the artist said it had to be done that way. It was extremely painful and the process took much longer than Johns. Johns work was swift and painless and came out BEAUTIFULLY. It was also less expensive though I would have gladly paid more for his service! It's been two days and my daughter and my noses are looking and feeling great. Zero pain, no soreness, no discoloration, zero issues! Just two very happy customers with beautiful nose piercings! Thank you John!
