This massive expansion gives this place a huge wall of Funko Pop's, areas for board games, magic the gathering, WWE, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, and pretty much every single kind of toy (or collectibles as I like to refer to them) you could be looking for. What impressed me the most about this store was how nearly it was organized and how easy it was to track down whatever you were looking for, and even though I didn't talk to any of the staff, I could see them helping people out and answering questions with smiles on their faces Simply put, the world needs more toy stores like this. First of all, their Jellycats are behind glass, and they didn't have a big selection. Part of shopping for Jellycats is getting to touch them. I realize this may result in mishandling of the product, but in all of our Jellycat hunts, I've never seen any store display them like this. Additionally, they only had Bartholomew and a couple of other items. Very limited selection. While we were browsing, my daughter found a doll baby stroller that she rolled over to me excitedly, and immediately the saleswoman chided her. I was caught off guard, and admittedly embarrassed because I couldn't believe my kid was getting "in trouble" at a toy store -- especially when she didn't do anything egregious. My daughter didn't run into anything, knock anything over. But I'm also not one to start trouble, so I sternly told my child to put the stroller back where she found it. Mind you, it was out on the floor. She didn't unfold it, take it out of a container. She just took the one that one the floor out for a spin, and was immediately barked at by the saleswoman. It's a toy store, for crying out loud. If you're not equipped to handle children, you're in the wrong business.

The owner was very upset someone would want to return something. He kept saying they did not do that (which was confusing because I had already exchanged a book once, a Superman collection) and that only Amazon did that and added that it was "the stupidest thing I have heard". I told him as politely as possible to not call me stupid, and will go back tomorrow to either get my money back. Either way, it's a good store for game playing, but not comics. No one ever knows about the comics I ask for. It's terrible owner is impolite and I wonder if it was because I am latin american?

I visited Remy's this summer when my son's bike needed a repair while we were on vacation. I didn't…read morehave an appointment, but they offered to take a look right away because I thought it would be a quick and easy fix. It turned out to be much more complicated than I realized, but they still took the time to repair the bike while I waited so my son could get back on it that afternoon. We don't live in the area and hadn't purchased the bike from Remy's, so they certainly didn't have to go out of their way for us. The fact that they did meant so much. A broken bike might seem like a small thing, but when you're a kid on summer vacation, it can ruin your whole week! Even more importantly, while working on the bike they discovered a significant safety issue related to some DIY work we had attempted at home. Their thoroughness and attention to detail may very well have prevented a serious accident or injury. I'm incredibly grateful that they didn't just fix the immediate problem--they took the time to make sure the bike was truly safe. Everyone we dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly helpful. One other takeaway from this experience: buy your bike from a great local bike shop! We live in New Hampshire and had purchased my son's bike online. If I had it to do over again, I would absolutely buy local. Having knowledgeable people you can turn to for ongoing service, maintenance, and advice is worth so much--and Remy's has a great selection. I can't recommend Remy's highly enough. They turned what could have been a really disappointing (and potentially dangerous) situation into such a positive experience. Thank you!

It gets periodic and professional tune ups, and they're always a pleasure to deal with. Always a pleasant exchange. This is the exceptional part. I have a friend who is homeless, and I found a "beater bike" to give to him. I brought it to Remy's, and we all decided it was too far gone to resurrect. The guys looked at each other, smiled, and one of them went in the back and wheeled out a pretty decent bike that was made serviceable rather easily. They gave this to me for my homeless friend! He loved it, jumped right on it with a huge smile on his face, and I know we helped Improve the quality of life for someone down on their luck. This is the kind of people that you deal with at Remy's! That means a lot to me. I'm glad to be their customer.
