The sauna room itself was nice - an individual tv with bluetooth attached - and decently clean space. However, since I was the first of the day - the sauna was only at 130 and by the time I left, only got up to 140 with capabilities to get up to 170. Would not go back.

You spend a few minutes 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge and then about 10-15 minutes in the sauna. I literally felt pins and needles throughout my body immediately, but it felt even better getting out and going into the sauna. I only lasted about 40 seconds lol but plan to continue adding on more time once I'm used to it and mentally prepared. It's a great way to bond, recover, and relax. It's definitely a VIBE! It was nice there was a call right after I got scheduled to make sure I knew I was doing and if I've ever been to Perspire before. They made sure to go over everything in detail. Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. So many pink uniforms in the common area. It's unfortunate that there is no talking allowed in the Fire or Salt houses. Even with whispering, it's very annoying and bothersome. I suppose it could be worse but it really disturbed my relaxation. Even though the spa provides free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, it's still bulk industrial cleansers. The towels are small so if you want a bigger towel you should bring your own. Inside the women's area they have warm bath, hot bath, cold bath, steam sauna, and dry sauna. They also have a seated and standing shower area. The scrubbing area is in the back past the pools. They have a clock so that you can keep an eye out for your appointment time. But the scrubbing women do come out and call out for your number. I got called in a little before my appointment time. They do recommend you arrive 30mins before your appointment to soak in the tubs. The body scrub was really nice and the lady was very nice. It was a relaxing scrub with a good amount of pressure so I felt that she was getting the dead skin off. They also put product on your face and hair. The hair/head massage felt really nice and the products left my hair feeling soft. They give you an envelope to tip but they also have zelle and venmo if you do not have cash. The common area is smaller than the other spas I have been to but very nice. I did enjoy the salt room. Everyone was really respectful and kept pretty quiet. There is also a kiosk where you can order from the cafe. They text you when the order is ready and you have to go back out to the front to pick up your order. They provide slippers for you to put on and then you can bring the food back to the common area.
