Waiting that long for nachos is simply unacceptable. We were repeatedly told the kitchen was backed up because they were busy and because items like the chips were "homemade." They absolutely were not--they tasted like standard bagged tortilla chips from the grocery store. To make matters worse, the food itself was mediocre and not worth the wait (the one standout was the fried okra). Between the mishandled reservation, the excessive wait times, and the disappointing food, the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
