I listed some of the things I knew would be necessary to restore my yard. Things like fertilizer, lawn safe weed-killer, mowing, and aeration. The price this company quoted was the most reasonable. But when you hire pros you are also paying to receive their expertise. I was not told that the weed and feed I paid $60 extra for would likely not work until after the service was rendered. I was not told the grass seed would likely not grow after being scattered on a lawn covered still with dead grass. The seeds are just sitting there. No growth. After the fact I was told top soil would have been necessary but this step was left out to save me money. So for the $410 I spent I got some aeration done and my lawn mowed. But the weeds did not die and no new grass has grown. Plus I was told I could get my lawn mowed twice per month for $70, only to later be told it's $70 PER VISIT. I have had three other pros from Angi's list look at my lawn very recently and quote me $30 - $35 per visit to mow. When I told one guy that I had someone quote me $70 to mow my tiny yard once he looked at me like I was crazy. Anyway, this is my yard three weeks later after I paid $410 to have my lawn restored. No, I would not recommend. If I had known I would be spending so much and not seeing any improvement I would have either done the work myself or, or hire a company and pay more to get the job done right.,

The hedge overall was trimmed well but the corner was over-trimmed because they started there with a ladder that wasn't tall enough. (I came out to stop them before they over-trimmed the entire hedge) For the weed removal, after they left, I spent 3 hours removing the weeds they missed. I suppose I shouldn't have paid them or let them leave until all the weeds are removed, but based on existing reviews I trusted that they would have that attention to detail. They also removed some plants that I wanted to keep. Based on that, I'm left with the impression that they aren't very good at determining what a weed is. Nice guys, but for $750, I expected better.

Work completed was code compliant and done as requested. They took extra care to ensure I was satisfied with work by sending pics as soon as job was completed. Area was left clean and neat, as they found it. I will definitely hire these guys again and refer them for projects of people I know. Great job!!!

UPDATE from my YELP I did on 8/16/22: Finely after…read moreproblems from 2017 with our gutters it seems to be corrected as of 10/17/22. We did have to have them back out after they converted our California gutter to a standard gutter system and paid extra to do so (witch I did not think we should have but wanted to get it done). Seems the crew that came out for the conversion did not complete the ends and they had to send out someone else to complete it. They crew they sent out to install the gutters did a great job and they did not have to come back to redo anything. I guess the real test will be when we have a good rain. Hopefully I do not need to update this update.
