My partner, a vet with severe depression problems, stopped in here last month and got a tattoo from Dillon which now not only looks terrible (the lettering has already spread and is hardly readable) and he's now being tested for possibly lymphedema where tattoo ink spreads into the lymph nodes causing blockages and swelling in parts of the body. He also asked for black ink and it's definitely dark blue. It's one bad tattoo. Update: Dillon reached out to me and has been very kind trying to make amends over this. Went to Marshall Ave location by Super 1 foods last Saturday to purchase lip jewelry the guy there was so sweet and polite he put my lip piercing in and only charged me ten dollars that's fine but Monday morning it came out Due to long hours at my job I couldn't return until Friday went back to same location and was told that the gentleman who helped me last week was out for today and they didn't have anyone there who was certified to do piercings so She sent me to their new location located at 3200 W Marshall for assistance When I walked in I felt unwelcome I told the owner my situation and he act like I was making up the story about a lady assisting me He replied What lady I don't have any woman working for me and I replied well Sir I didn't get a name but I know for sure it was a lady who assisted me so he goes on say I just can't remember who I hired at that location so I replied well will you be able to assist me? He drug on his words and finally said sure why not I guess he thought I wasn't willing to pay So I said if so I don't mind paying ‍ we headed to the back and proceed to help me I can tell by the way he acting he didn't know nothing about changing piercings but he proceeded to continue when he got done he charged 30 bucks 10 for the service which was trash and 20 dollars for the piercing not to mention the piercing that he put in looked ridiculous it was way too big and ugly to where it stuck out too far on my lip I asked for a smaller size but he replied it's already done so I thanked him for his so called service and left the building So I went to Fugis where I should of went in the first place considering they are the ones who did the lip piercing as always they made me feel welcome when they looked at my piercing they was like omg yes that's entirely too big why would he put it in seeing that's it's too big in my mind I'm thinking he just wanted a quick buck with poor customer service I felt like he didn't wanna serve me in the first place but that's OK I will never go back read more

Red Rooster Tattoo Shop. Awesome people all of them Noah, Tyler, Cora, and Cody the apprentice! I had the most awesome time even though Noah kept calling me "a pain in his ass!" Lol! Well this is because I was. I wanted the tatto just right and how I wanted it. It will be there forever so "let's get it right" Noah agreed. Here it is. Exactly how I wanted it. This is the nicest shop I've ever been in. No clouds of smoke behind a nasty sheet for a curtain, very clean and the experience was fun and exciting, entertaining and was better than any other Shop I've been in. I want to thank everyone especially Noah, and you know you'll see me again soon to finish up my penguin! Also did a retouch of a previous tattoo that had faded some. Thanks !!!!!! I shopped around Longview and decided that Red Rooster and Tyler was the best choice to do my tattoo. I am a leukemia patient in full remission and i wanted an orange ribbon with the word survivor on or near it. Tyler didn't disappoint. His artistry is amazing and he did a fantastic job. This tattoo is by far my favorite of the four i have. I earned this tattoo in more ways than one. Of course, Tyler and Cora are two awesome people themselves and make you feel comfortable and relaxed for your experience. Everyone in the shop was cutting up and having a great time. Speaking of the shop, it is immaculate. Everything is so clean and tidy. Not a bunch of trash everywhere, like in other shops. I highly recommend you go check them out and see for yourself. Red Rooster Tattoo, advertise they open at 1 pm. No one was there at 1 pm. I called their phone number and someone said, "the owner was on vacation" and gave me a phone number to text. I texted the artist .... finally at 3 pm someone arrived to open the door then refused to do a tattoo; explaining he would need to draw it several times etc. (this was not a custom piece); wanted me to leave a deposit and come back in 3 weeks (after he looked at his calendar). The tattoo apprentice that cleaned the shop was very friendly. The tattoo artist, had very bad customer service and not very professional with customers. This is a classic example of missed opportunities, I was looking to find a tattoo shop because I have about $ 2,500 + worth of work I wanted done! I wish them the best in their future endeavors, but I will not be returning! read more
