I got my bridge pierced by Dylan last night, and I have to say, walking in the door, I was terrified. That is, until I met Dylan. His upbeat and ecstatic personality, paired with his extreme knowledgeability, put all my worries to rest. As soon as I met him, i knew I had made the right decision, and that I was in good hands. Dylan made the entire ordeal easy and fun. He answered my millions of questions with joy and gusto. His enthusiasm makes it clear how much he enjoys his work, he has a passion for piercing you could spot from a mile away. He bounced around, explaining the whole process to me, so that I knew what was going on, and that really put my worries at ease. He made it impossible to he scared or worried, even while I had a needle right between my eyes. I absolutely love my piercing, and the experience was even better. Everyone in the shop was kind, and warm and welcoming. Ill definitely be returning for all of my work, and ill be sending them all of my friends. Witnessed Dylan handle a very mis-informed and, frankly, negligent mother of a young girl while she tried to bully and degrade him into doing a piercing he knew, because he is an experienced profesional, would not be healthy for her daughter. OK first of all I recently decided I wanted my nipples pierced. Yesterday I decided was the day. I was very nervous because I've never had any piercings before. Dylan was quite the character. His very fun and upbeat personality put me at ease. The piercing room was very clean and orderly and all the necessary items were removed from sterile wrappings in front of me. Very professional. Dylan did my piercings very smoothly, though there was some initial pain from the needles going through, it fades quickly. Amazing work, and really great atmosphere. I initially came in to get my eyebrow pierced. Kayla was my piercer and she was super laid back, and informative. She joked around with me, made me feel comfortable amd dis a great job with my piercing. Then while there we talked to noah about doing our tattoos. Made an appointment for a few days later and then came back in. He did amazing on my tattoo first off. It was a chest piece so the fact that he worked fast and accurately was really great. I'll be using Noah again in the future and will be coming back to fugis for all my piercing/tattoo needs. read more

I had a tattoo done 4 years ago by Fugi and again 2days ago. I was a great experience both times. I was very impressed by the changes that have been made to the shop as well. My husband and I had an appointment that we had to change and they were very accommodating and professional. Fugi was unable to do out tats because of the schedule change but we were very happy with Siena's work. We had send the work ahead and they already had it ready for us. We were told to go to Dylan and when we met him I was a bit concerned! He is way over the top, But he was so much fun! I am all about fun but as a mom I have to take my girls heath first. Even during her industrial bar piercing he was still over the top goofy, but at the same time very careful about what he was doing and how clean he was keeping everything. If you don't want over the top crazy don't go to him. If you want a good job, go to him :) She will be back. read more
