Occasionally I forget to check the expiry date on the bagged salads and they have exchanged them for me since they were going bad. Today, I opened a new container of feta cheese to find that the plastic covering had been opened previously and mold was growing. Unopened feta lasts a long time; this had been opened by someone else prior to me buying it. It was definitely from their store as it had the orange price sticker they use for their products. I took it back to the store expecting to exchange it or a refund but they refused. I would have expected better customer service for a long-time customer like me. I am now going to boycott the store and shop for produce elsewhere where they have better customer service and don't try to sell expired or defective products.
