Absolutely love this small business! The customer service was amazing--so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The products are wonderful, smell incredible, and are clearly made with care. I just LOVE everything about this store. I'm obsessed with the products, my favorite scent is their prickly pear. I just had to order more online. I highly recommend supporting this business! If you are in the uptown Sedona area, definitely stop in!! read more

Super cute store in Sedona. I always shop there when I visit and this weekend I picked up the Desert Rose body wash and lotion. They have the best smelling soaps and lotions, it's hard to just pick one! The ladies working the register are always very friendly and helpful too. read more

How have I not been in this freaking shop before?? I am kicking myself. First off the second you walk in it smells so good! Not overpowering like similar stores. It was very clean and organized and the girl working was so beyond friendly and welcoming. Every where we looked it was beautiful. The homemade soaps were made nicely and I loved the prickly pear body butter so much I had to buy it. The smallest amount goes such a long way. I also left with the prickly pear soap. I wish I could've bought more but budget and all lol I come to Sedona often and am already planning on my next visit here. read more

After buying a body butter product at closing and happy talks of "using good ingredients" with the clerk, I excitedly opened my new product and used about a dime's worth. When I got home I noticed the product has parabens as preservatives. I'm not willing to use products with parabens. My mistake for not reading before buying but I was excited about the product and - according to the staff - it had great ingredients compared to other shops. Returned today to see if I could trade it for something in the store. Not asking for a refund- just something- a bar of soap, a lotion bar, both of which are half the price of the body butter, and the manager was unwilling to work with me. Said I could buy something else at a discount. No way. Crazy customer service on a product where the markup is so high and bad ingredients are being used. Stay away from the body butter. NOTE: the photo is of a jar of body butter in the store- not the one I was asking to return. I threw my purchase in the trash before taking a photo. read more

Customer service is non existent, actually rude and uninformed. i would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Brianna was the girl behind the counter, extremely rude & ignorant. Would give 0 stars if i could. read more

Lacking friendly/helpful customer service, unwilling to answer questions seemingly uninterested in doing job, did not move from behind counter on whole visit to help at all. Was offended so much on the callout of bad customer service and unwilling to take accountability, they refused to serve us and called their boss to complain. do not shop here, plain and simple. read more

Great service, and amazing options! I love how educated on the products and vegan options that were provided by the saleswoman. I believe her name was Brianna. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Went in at 6:20pm. My daughter and son were wanting bath bombs and sugar scrub. The lady working there came over and told them they weren't to touch the bath bombs without a paper sheet. We didn't see any signage about it. Then, she informed us they closed at 6:30pm and stood there smiling and staring at us. Very off-putting. We left immediately without making a purchase. Why stay open if you're going to make people uncomfortable for being there. Walked back by and she had the door locked at 6:28. read more

I've been using their Beachside body butter for a few years now and it is fabulous!! It makes me feel at ease with no chemicals in the product and smells heavenly!! I usually make a run up to Sedona but this time I ordered by mail. It came fast and efficiently and I was excited to see it wasn't liquid form due to our Arizona heat :) I even got a bonus lil soap in with it! Give them a try!! Thank you Red Rock Apothecary. read more

Actually, the total opposite happened, the employee called the owner and was given the authority to refuse our business and handed my wife's credit card back to her and proceeded to tell us we can leave now. Unacceptable how the situation was handled. Unacceptable customer service and just basic kindness let our daughter feel very bad as if she had done something wrong. Unacceptable behavior. read more

What a great experience I had, Brianna was so attentive and helpful, store was clean and stocked. She is extremely knowledgeable about all products. Will be going back often. Thanks Brianna for all your expertise and great attitude!!! The owners are so lucky to have an employee that takes care of customers read more

Usually I'd leave a quick glowing review via my Instagram story but I'm fasting for the month. However, that didn't stop me from wanting to do something to express how immensely impressed I am with this brand. Ever since my last visit to Sedona back in October- I've been an absolute fan! Not to mention the customer service I received while in store was impeccable! Since I live in California, I now order new soaps whenever they restock as this is my first choice and they never cease to disappoint with shipping. I like to consider myself a LOYAL customer and encourage anyone reading this to go purchase from this company :) read more

This is my favorite shop in Sedona to get self care products. I love the Prickly Pear scent and they have it in bath bombs, bath salts, candles, lotions and soaps. I can't resist stopping by to grab a couple things everytime i visit. read more

Some of the best lotion I've ever bought! I'm so glad I stopped in here. The woman working was very friendly and helpful and allowed me so safely sample a bunch of different scents. I ended up going with the Stone lotion and my boyfriend and I both love it. It smells amazing and it really opens my sinuses and makes my lungs feel great! Which is a weird thing to say about a lotion but the scent is incredibly refreshing. read more

The employee who was working was very rude and did not even try to engage when asked question regarding products. Then from the back of the counter proceeded to yell at my child to use the tissue to gather the bath bombs, then when one was accidentally dropped proceeded to get the broom to clean and tell us we had to pay for it since we broke it. She was so rude there was another shopper who came up to me and stated "wow she is rude, there are no signs up stating you had to pay if you broke something" she also stated I should not pay for the item and walked out saying she would not be buying anything from a store with such rude and condescending employees. When I walked up to the counter to pay for the bombs even the one I broke I let the employee know I would be providing my experience on Yelp and that is when she called the owner, she proceeded to lie on the phone stating I was the one being rude when in fact it was the direct opposite. After getting off the phone with the owner she stated I did not need to pay for the bombs and gave me my credit card back stating she is refusing our business. Pretty outrageous behavior. It was by far one of the most unbelievably horrifying experiences I've ever had from a retailer. And for an owner not to take accountability for an employees conduct is just as shocking and tells a message on the lack of care or customer service of this business. read more

Our experience to this uptown hidden gem was superb! The manager Madeline was such a sweetheart. She was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to our questions and needs. The selection of various scents and the ambience of this store (the inviting demeanor and genuine sweet spirit of the manager) couldn't have been better. We will definitely be returning. read more
