I booked six 90 min massages with women from a retreat I'm hosting here in Sedona, and when we arrived the receptionist said I had only booked five! I had called to confirm just days prior. I insisted I had booked six and she just kept saying sorry, there was nothing she could do about it. I finally found my email confirmation which showed six, and then she suddenly discovered the 6th person in their system. No apology, no "my mistake", nothing. This cut into the massage time. Then they only had 2, single bathrooms so the women all had to wait to use the restroom, again cutting into the massage time. My massage therapist, Velinda, was very sweet and was a decent massage therapist, but I felt like her mind was far, far away. That was confirmed when she stopped my massage 15 mins early! I asked her "wasn't this a 90 mins massage?" And then she realized she made a mistake. so she just had me get back on the table WITH my clothes on! Not to mention that everyone's massage time was cut short with the receptionist and bathroom situation. If you are paying for 90 mins of massage, the timer should start when you are on the table. The other women had great experiences with their massage therapists (except for one where the air conditioner was right over her and she was freezing the whole time). overall, this could be such a better experience with a more pleasant, professional receptionist, bathrooms to accommodate the large facility (and a group!), and don't cut into massage time- especially when we all arrived 15 mins BEFORE our appointment was scheduled. read more

I had my own room that I didn't have to share with anyone which is a huge plus compared to some of the other feet spas in Sedona. There was another table so you can do couples massage. What a great spot for SO many things! We were vacationing in Sedona and called for a same day appointment. There were 3 of us and they were able to get us in! Amazing! We booked a couples massage and then a single massage. Great room for the couples massage and the two ladies we had were so nice! The lobby area was clean and all of the staff, we saw like 8 different people, all seemed very nice. Massage was great. I like deep tissue and boy did i get that! Worked out all of my sore muscles. I ended up booking a "reading". I was just curious what it was like. For double the cost of a massage I am not sure it is worth it. I didn't feel any different when I left. You basically sat in a room while she talked to you about what "she saw" then laid on the table and listened to music for awhile. Now don't get me wrong... this might be great for some people- for me, not so much. I am still giving them 5 stars as I really enjoyed my massage. read more

My husband and I got deluxe pedicures here, and they were wonderful! Both staff who helped us were really nice, and the pedicures were very relaxing. The products they used were nice, too! I had a BMR session with Trixie - she was amazing. So easy to talk and open up to Trixie! She was gentle and kind. She helped me to understand some things I had not previously made connections about. The energy clearing was also great. I felt immediately lighter after my session, and she cleared some energy around the jaw hinge area, and I have since noticed I am hearing words in songs more clearly! I've never left a yelp review but we were pretty disappointed with our massages today. I made the appointment online about a month ago for a couples massage for 90mins for deep tissue. We get massages often and like lots of pressure. I was surprised when the massage therapist took us back to the room and told us we're were having a foot soak and scrub because this was not what we had booked for. If I wanted a food scrub I would go get a pedicure. It also took 20min away from the massages. While we were having our feet scrubbed the massage therapist asked what kind of pressure we wanted. I told her we both like lots of pressure and she told me that would be deep tissue and cost extra. I said ok! Confusing because deep tissue is what I booked. So i agreed to pay the $20 extra each. I hate to have to say this but it was one of the worst massages Ive ever had and barely any pressure at all. I have no idea how this would be considered deep tissue??? We also asked for craniosacral to be added to the service and it didn't seem any different than when I normally get my scalp rubbed at the end of a massage. Definitely wasn't worth $200 each and a $40 cash tip for each therapist. Just leaving this review so hopefully some adjustments can be made and the next person has a better experience than we did. I will say the massage beds were extremely comfortable and the therapists were very friendly. read more
