I had a wonderful massage with Alyssa. I chose the Tavish Technique. I arrived a few minutes early, and they were already ready for me, with a glass of water waiting for me. During each stage of the massage, Alyssa explained what she was doing. I requested that she focus on certain areas, and use myofascial release, which Alyssa was knowledgeable about and executed well. Alyssa was very professional, and did not mind me getting up to use the restroom twice during my massage. Each time, she picked up where she left off. The spa itself was small but well-decorated. It felt like I was entering an oasis of calm and peace. Even after my massage was over, Alyssa did not rush me, even though I was the last client of the day before closing. I knew the space was well ran when I received a call from the owner, asking me about my preference for my facial due to my beeswax allergy. This is a locally owned and operated business and I love getting to know the people behind small businesses. Upon entering, we were kindly greeted and offered water in the waiting area. My husband and I were celebrating our recent marriage and got the serenity bliss package for two. My masseuse was Brad and he was beyond talented! He gave me a truly relaxing massage that eased my body of tension that I was carrying in my jaw, face and head. The small 30 minute break was really refreshing and gave us time to drink some delicious tea and eat some snacks. The package ended with a relaxing facial. My partner did the honey facial which he loved, and I did the red clay, which was so soothing on my sensitive skin. Spectacular massage! Definitely what we needed after a long day of hiking. I booked a couples massage and mini facial package for my girlfriend and me. This included a 60 minute massage, 15 minutes of snacks, and a 30 minute facial. My massage therapist was Patricia and she was wonderful. Great pressure and really worked my areas of stress. I came into the room with a major headache and felt spectacular afterward. The snacks consisted of cheddar cheese, crackers, almonds, dried fruit and a carafe of water. Now to be honest, the facial was a waste of time for me. It's not an extraction facial. It's basically alternating moisturizers and warm towels for 30 minutes. They used this chocolate moisturizer which taught me what it felt like to be a Hershey's kiss, but beyond that it did nothing for me. Overall, great place for massage. Highly recommend. read more

This being our second trip to Sedona in three years and knowing full well how many trails my wife and I would enjoy, there was no doubt about where we would be rejuvenated. In 2021 we finished our week here with the remarkable "SEDONA BLISS PACKAGE FOR TWO" and this trip would be no different. Well maybe a little different as the location changed from its small boutique like facility to a larger one in more of a corporate location. No worries though as you enter Uptown Massage you're transported to a land of tranquility where you will be provided exceptional service. Thank you to Kristen and Saydrin for providing my wife and I true bliss the Sedona way. Both ladies were expertly skilled and very attentive to our needs creating an environment of relaxation where the only regret is it must come to an end. Make.no mistake about it, you get a tremendous 90 minute massage followed by a 30 minute break with tea and snacks before finishing with your choice of a 30.minute facial or foot scrub. After hitting 6 trails in 4 days the foot scrub won out. Apologies to Saydrin for my busted feet. The only thing that could be more magical would be to enjoy this treatment under the stars. My husband had Steven & said he was strong, but not rough, and carefully worked around an injury without requiring any reminder. I had a prenatal massage with Patricia which was delightful and comfortable with the pregnancy pillow set up. Both masseuses were extremely pleasant, courteous, and skilled.
