I've ate some below average sessions and haven't complained or raised a fuss. I've bought extra sessions when someone canceled to make up for therapists loss in compensation and tipped handsomely. Our eldest daughter is battling cancer and has a 3 and 5 year old. She is under going chemotherapy and continuing to work through her final year of residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Residency is a surmountable challenge of itself let alone undertaking chemo treatments every week. My Wife and I have been taking turns flying back and forth and the appointment for Saturday eluded me. I advised my wife Susan to take my place so Hannah wouldn't miss an appointment and my wife could get a wonderful massage that would be sorely appreciated. Carmen put me back together again with the most thoughful and helpful bodywork I've ever received, all in her beautifully appointed studio. She asked all the right questions and applied all the right pressure in all the right places. She also played the most relaxing music, applied the nicest oils and stones, and generally helped me melt into the table. She then sent me back to my hotel with Epsom salts for a good soak.
