NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR! The receptionist kept telling me that I was next. After being told this 3 times during the 2-1/2 hour wait, I left. Called to get results of the specimens they sent off because my ear felt ok. They would not tell me over phone! Said I would have to come in for another appointment to get the results. I refused. The waiting room the day I went was filled with no chairs available. They are disrespectful of patients' time and comfort! I'm finding a new surgeon and dermatologist!

I filed out questionnaires & talked to people that returnd my calls to set me up with appointments & conferences. They wanted to send me sometimes 100 miles away & even wanted credit card #s to guarantee payment for the appointment. I had already been to one of the large hearing centers locally a few years ago & realy wasn't pleased with the experience. Then I seen a sign in a strip mall in Pineville, La. not 2 miles from my business Lagniappe Hearing. Why not just drop in here and talk with them. It would just be another conversation to take or leave. I met some very nice friendly people & we discused my intentions and concerns. It does take more than nice people to make important & expencive decisions. I met & talked to Audioloist & owner Angela Ponthier. My experince with her was exciting, pleasant & very knowledgeable. Ms. Ponthier has over 20 years of experience in hearing. Knowledge is essential but experience is priceless. She took time to listen to my needs, wants & desires I was expecting in hearing. She took the hearing test results & programed a test set of precision hearing aides to what I needed to correct my hearing. I was loand those hearing aides to test for a week. She then read the data of those hearing aides & listend to my input & took the results from that week & made the appropriate changes to even better my experince. I can go on but I hop by now you get the idea of my experence. In short if you have hearing needs, go to Lagniappe Hearing for great experience. You will Love you're hearing.
