Had cancer removed from inside my ear. Dr. Noel was recommend by my dermatologist. Surgery went well. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks after surgery. I waited 2-1/2 hours. NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR! The receptionist kept telling me that I was next. After being told this 3 times during the 2-1/2 hour wait, I left. Called to get results of the specimens they sent off because my ear felt ok. They would not tell me over phone! Said I would have to come in for another appointment to get the results. I refused. The waiting room the day I went was filled with no chairs available. They are disrespectful of patients' time and comfort! I'm finding a new surgeon and dermatologist! read more

I tried to give this place another chance but the employees that work there are horrible...customer service is horrible. I remember calling there a few years back to make an appointment and was telling the girl my symptoms and she thought her phone was on mute and I could hear her saying "I don't care, I don't care" I told her to put the office manager on the phone or I would drive over to the location.. all the manager did was make excuse for her saying she was having a rough day, I guess her tears got her out of it. Be careful and understand your insurance because they will over charge you and when you have questions about you refund they owe you, you never get an answer even if you leave numerous messages. When you call to speak with a manager, then they try to go above and beyond but the manager isn't much help either. I like Dr. Webb but after this last problem I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! When you walk in this place you can feel the nastiness from the staff! read more

Most of the office staff here is very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy, if I had one. read more

Would rate a 5, Drs. are awesome but my issue was the staff. They are not very welcoming, make 0 small talk; and obviously annoyed they are even existing. They herd patients like cattle. If it wasn't for the lack of manner from the staff, I'd rate 5 stars. read more

The ent office ..Red River in Alexandra that I've been going to for over a year.. IS QUITE CLEAN with very kind associates..no long waits is best. I follow up on a comment I had posted yesterday.It was all neg. I reverse my comments mentioned by me, reason is my anger I guess I expected Dr. Noel to tell me about my cancer in all angles....so that anger needs to be directed somewhere Dr.Noel is fine doctor thanks for letting it all out P.S..THEY GOT IT DONE...for that I am truly Greatfull to all who got me thru this. First visit to Alexandria ENT. The receptionist very professional and pleasant. Dr Paul Guillory treated my as me as if I were a robot. I tried to communicate and simply tell him my symptoms and he cut me off and said "I can't see anything without a CT scan or X-ray of the sinus." and walked out of the room. The office staff said I'll have to wait 24 hours that what insurance requires. Not I'm a nurse and get prior authorizations everyday and I know my own health insurance. So I left since he was done with me. Once out of the office I called my insurance. Guess what no 24 hour wait period and prior authorization required! So I took off of work, drove an hour. To look at a Dr for 5 minutes who didn't even have the time of day. Terrible read more

I have been going to Dr. Guillory for many years! He's always been professional but caring to me! I've actually want to him just to get his opinion on this incurable disease I have! His staff is great, I'm disabled and they help me! Thanks to all of you! read more
