This variety was a big part of my decision to devote my career to this specialty. After nearly two decades in practice, I am intrigued and compelled by the many different kinds of patients, cases, problems, and potential solutions. I became a physician in order to make a positive difference in people's lives. This variety was a big part of my decision to devote my career to this specialty. Initially, I found the complexity of head and neck anatomy very compelling. After nearly two decades in practice, I am intrigued and compelled by the many different kinds of patients, cases, problems, and potential solutions. I became a physician in order to make a positive difference in people's lives. In the quest to help a patient, I've learned that listening is among the most important tools I have as a specialist physician. In my experience, listening carefully is the key to solving even the most complex problems. Being caring and sympathetic is part of that process. My objective is to truly help people, and for me that starts with truly caring about them, their needs, and the effectiveness of my care.

NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR! The receptionist kept telling me that I was next. After being told this 3 times during the 2-1/2 hour wait, I left. Called to get results of the specimens they sent off because my ear felt ok. They would not tell me over phone! Said I would have to come in for another appointment to get the results. I refused. The waiting room the day I went was filled with no chairs available. They are disrespectful of patients' time and comfort! I'm finding a new surgeon and dermatologist!

At the age of 25, I suddenly came down with chronic tonsillitis. After having tonsillitis and strep throat 5 times in 4 months, Dr. Webb suggested a Tonsillectomy. I had heard horror stories of the pain adults experience after having their tonsils removed BUT I wasn't responding to medication and we needed to get them out. Dr. Webb did an AMAZING job. The sore throats I experienced in the months prior to my tonsillectomy were WAY worse than any pain felt after. After a week, I was back at work and feeling great! I would recommend Dr. Webb to anyone in the Central Louisiana area looking for an ENT. I am so glad he removed my Tonsils and Adenoids because I haven't had a sore throat since! read more
