NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR! The receptionist kept telling me that I was next. After being told this 3 times during the 2-1/2 hour wait, I left. Called to get results of the specimens they sent off because my ear felt ok. They would not tell me over phone! Said I would have to come in for another appointment to get the results. I refused. The waiting room the day I went was filled with no chairs available. They are disrespectful of patients' time and comfort! I'm finding a new surgeon and dermatologist!

I remember calling there a few years back to make an appointment and was telling the girl my symptoms and she thought her phone was on mute and I could hear her saying "I don't care, I don't care" I told her to put the office manager on the phone or I would drive over to the location.. all the manager did was make excuse for her saying she was having a rough day, I guess her tears got her out of it. Be careful and understand your insurance because they will over charge you and when you have questions about you refund they owe you, you never get an answer even if you leave numerous messages. When you call to speak with a manager, then they try to go above and beyond but the manager isn't much help either. I like Dr. Webb but after this last problem I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! When you walk in this place you can feel the nastiness from the staff!
