Their handling of my belongings during the CoVid created me disaster not caused by CoVid. My…read morewheelchair was reported to me as lost during the moving around. It wasn't moved back until after I was unable to stand and turn due to not using my legs. The leg muscles were weak due to non use. I was told my insurance didn't pay for further physical therapy. I also have many missing T-shirts that didn't return from the laundry. In my case rehabilitation is not an accurate term to describe this place. We've been working on the diet with some improvements. There have also been some problems getting my medication as prescribed.

I walked in and filled out my paper…read morework and the staff even called my insurance company to try and figure out my payment ( I have an off brand ins company). I was seen promptly and treated like they cared. Then the next day, which happened to be a Saturday, they called to check on me to see that I was feeling better. Now that's what I call service. I hope not to get sick enough to have to see them again but if I do I will use them again.
