When I got to my appointment, and all they wanted to do was ex rays and send me down the hall to the finance office. She proceeded to tell me it would cost $10,000 for dentures and they could extract my bad tooth at that time. Didn't know she did a HARD PULL on my credit without telling me! And told me to come back when I had the money! I just wanted to get an extraction! WTH?! I was shocked they wouldn't do what my appointment was for! Ugh! This was an "Emergency Appointment" by the way.

I have…read morebeen struggling for well over a year and the past few months with the absolute worst pain of my life when it comes to my wisdom teeth! Avoided making an appointment at all cost, then a close family friend recommended me to the AG Family Dentistry. Dr. Gupta made my experience so amazing...hard to put all that in one paragraph especially when it comes to going to the dentist! His assistant eased my mind and held my hand as he extracted my top 2 wisdom teeth. She reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain and minimal pressure. I'm sure I asked about a million times prior!!! Also, watching the needles and pliers come out was so scary for me but she also made it comfortable for me and helped me relax. Dr. Guptas confidence in his profession and being non-judgement about me not being to a dentist in over 10 years really made me feel welcomed! The procedure was so fast I couldn't believe it....but thankful it was finally over. Thanks again so much to you & your assistant. I wish I would have gotten her name, only thing I regret about today.

When I walked in front desk was friendly and said they checked me in. But, once I was brought to the back , the lady was nasty rude talking about I was late and they have other patients and the dr might not see me!! I explained , again how sorry I was and that I called, this nasty rude girl reply's - well you didn't say you would be 20 minutes ( wasn't ) She left to go discuss with dr about seeing . Let me add I'm there to have a tooth pulled that I have been in great pain with. So after another 15 minutes, she comes back and says sorry dr can't see you today but if you are in pain we can calling in antibiotics. I replied, is there another time today because now I have took off, she again said no. Then we went to walk to the front. I let her know there was no need to schedule another appointment because I will not be returning, the nasty rude girl from the back said ok have a great day. Horrible service! If the dr won't see patients late then communicate that with her staff so they can tell the patients.

In addition, the hygenist did a TERRIBLE job on cleaning my teeth. I was highly disappointed.
