I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and 1 molar. I was in some pain the first day as expected, but very little pain the second day forward. (I was terrified to have this done so I put it off as long as I could because I have heard horror stories about wisdom tooth removal). As long as you follow the very detailed instructions and the very detailed discharge papers you will recover very well. I would definitely see Dr. Levy again if I ever need anything done with my teeth again. (Hopefully my teeth will be fine though bc I surely don't want to pull anymore lol)

He was great during the consult and answered all questions I had for him. They gave me informative instructions to prepare myself for my surgery which was very helpful and nice. Surgery day came and the process was wonderful. No complaints there. When I started to come back to my right state of mind from being out under, I asked my husband where were the instructions for after care? I asked this because I didn't know when to flush the blood out of my mouth, how long to leave the gauze in, or how long do I use the oral rise that was prescribed to me. I was amazed that he told me that no one gave him anything or told him much. All they did was helped me to the car and tossed a page full of 4 prescriptions to fill that took 4 hours to get. Soon after I developed dry socket. I was so disappointed with their after care that I refused to go back to them. They didn't even ask for a follow up to make sure the wounds healed properly. I ended up going to my primary dentist for care and advice. In conclusion I feel like all they care about is their money. They take the money, pull the teeth and throw you out. Definitely not how to treat paying customers. That place isn't cheap so I expected much better than that. I would no recommend going here.

After the procedure which was a total of 3 teeth pulled and an I & D which seemed to have went well or so I thought, one of his office staff was pushing me in a wheelchair to my mothers vehicle. Just before we made it to the car I had full feeling back and felt like I was dying! I was crying in pain and informed the staff member that the pain was much worse and I was really worried. Her reply was "ma'am we tried to do you a favor but I assure you we will never make that mistake again" excuse me?? What?? She continues to assist me in the car and we went about our way. We went to the pharmacy to pick up the pain meds he had called in but I couldn't wait any longer. I knew something wasn't right and the doctor must know now. Back to the office we went. Upon arrival I'm told by the doctor himself to "shut up!!" He informed me I was scaring his other patients! Excuse me while I'm dying here sir but I may just be a tad bit scared for my life myself.. He asked me where my mother was and that he couldn't help me until she arrived.. Btw I'm 37 y.o. Long story short I was called a "damn lier, my mother was cursed out by dr Levy once she arrived. Never ever will I go see this so called dr or his unprofessional staff again!! Now day two of post op and I'm hoping and praying for no further complications. When I initially signed in, I told the receptionist that I was having no problems and would not…read morehave any additional work done besides a cleaning. Therefore I did not want to have any dental ex-rays because of radiation and the life time of exposure issues, ect and besides, I wasn't having any problems at all, and as I kept telling them, I wasn't going to get any additional work done. When I was seated in the chair, the dental assistant, insisted on doing bitewings and ex-rays and an oral evaluation by the dentist. Claiming that it is standard procedure and after a couple of minutes of discussion and objection, I eventually caved and let them do it. Then of course the dentist tried to sell me two "possible" root canals and crowns, where I would "eventually have problems" so I should get the work done today. Of course I declined. My bill was 3 times more than the cleaning should have been because of the exam and ex rays. When I insisted on paying for the exam only, they declined and insisted I pay for everything. This is still outstanding and I refuse to pay.
