My kids had an appointment ,so they were checked out of school ,my dad took time out of his day to take my kids to the dentist. My dad gets there for their SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and is told their appointment will have to be rescheduled because I didn't answer my phone to confirm the appointment. So they then scheduled their appointment for a cleaning A MONTH down the road. RIDICULOUS,they had an appointment,showed up on time and were pushed to the side A MONTH later. That's why it's called an APPOINTMENT!!!!! I have never had a doctor's office do this EVER!!!! So good luck if u have a job and it not by ur phone constantly. U don't answer they will reschedule!!!

I did get multiple text confirming my appointment. After waiting for over 40 minutes I was told they were having trouble getting my insurance to work.
