I did get multiple text confirming my appointment. After waiting for over 40 minutes I was told they were having trouble getting my insurance to work. I have a child that uses the same insurance in the same area with no problems. Polite staff but these are situations shouldn't happen. Follow up with your patients.

Instead of being a Yes, customer you are important to us, how can I help you. Her answer is it and does not go out of her way to see how she can help or what the situation is. My teeth are in the back being prepared, I get a call that my daughter is having a stroke. I am upset and obviously needing my teeth. I asked her if she could go to the back and see if they could hurry. She just sat there and kept saying 20 minutes. Not calling anyone or asking anyone how long it will be. Just sitting and repeating herself. I finally asked her to get up and go back there and ask. She is just one of those NO people when it comes to customer service. Thankfully I got my teeth in the next 5 minutes. But if it was up to her she would have me waiting. This is not the only incident of being uncourteous. She does not show courtesy at all. Please learn to be a Yes person when it comes to customer service. It will make you a happier person.
