After waiting 32 minutes, I was brought back to get X-rays and talk about my needs. Spoke with a young dental hygienist who listened, asked me questions, investigated, & advised she would pass the information along to the dentist. I informed the DH, I need to be somewhere at 1:00 pm as this is just the consultation. This process to ok about 10 minutes. When the clock reached 12:30 pm, after being left in the exam room for 45 minutes, with no one stepping in to provide information or check up on me. I left the exam room and found someone. I advised as the dentist's time is valuable, so is mine. I would no longer wait after being at their office for one and half hours. I left and found a different t provider. Would not recommend.

In fact, she has really taken the time to listen to me and understand my problems and give me options for further treatment. She is down to earth and will tell you the truth and not try to upsell you on treatments you really don't need. After going to her for about a year I needed to have an implant done and rather than have my Periodontics Dr. do it, I choose Dr. Scott since she offered the whole package - extraction, intermediate replacement tooth, and implant - at a much better rate. I rarely ever wait more than 5-10 minutes and the staff is always professional. I highly recommend her.

The front desk staff is very nice and helpful and gets you checked-in promptly. I got my teeth cleaned from the hygienist named Tara and she was very sweet and did a good job. Dr. Scott came in after my xrays and told me I needed 10 fillings!! I had my teeth cleaned prior to this 9 months back and was late on my usual cleanings, however, had six fillings done last year also. She even told me I needed fillings in the same teeth that had already been filled!! So crazy! I knew right away something wasn't right...this doctor was looking for a vacation and I was her avenue of payment for the vacay! I got a second opinion from a dentist my friend recommended and he looked at my teeth and said I have NO cavities at all and my teeth were fine! He asked me what Scott said and I told him she said I need 10 fillings and he laughed! I mean if you are going to lie at least make it realistic Dr. Scott!! If she keeps us this way, I will not be surprised her being sued very soon!
