I had an issue with my purchase within 5 minutes. I went back and was told I should have been paying better attention and it didn't matter how long it had been. NO RETURN POLICY. I am the owner a local retail business and that's not how this works. We are the ambassadors for the business community and the community at large and I for one want people to return. This is not the kind of service that brings people back and the damn sure aren't going tell others to come. The ONLY competitive advantage this company has is proximity. Be warned that they will take your personal property away from you when you enter. I walked in just now hoping to buy a t shirt, and an employee informed me that she would have to take away my backpack for the duration of my time in the store. I am a student, and had just gotten out of class on campus across the street. Like most students, I carry a backpack with me during the school day. Unless you want to be treated like a criminal, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Additionally, it's obvious to me that the quality of their selection has declined. I started at TTU in 2023, and the store has clearly declined since then. Location in Slide Rd: this place never ceases to amaze me.....and not in a good way! I don't understand how you can have a store, where at least 75% of your merchandise is clothing, and not have dressing rooms. So stupid! I'd love to support local, but I just can't do it! I want to be able to try clothes on. Not buy them, take them home and try on, and bring them back for "in store" credit....thats crappy service! And this location expanded and added more space. I thought they would then put in some dressing rooms. Nope! They don't want to offer better service. Not one of their locations has dressing rooms! Not one. Their solution is to tell their customers to try things on over their clothes.....makes sense! It's just the dumbest!! I'm glad there are other options in Lubbock to find Ŧ gear.....with dressing rooms! I think I'll just head over to Quarter Four!! read more

This is my favorite location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help my find the right sizes and will offer to have it ready for pick up at a different location. I only wish they were available on Instacart so I could shop from home and deliver gifts to my student on campus. read more

My partner and I walked in today around, looking for glass cups for a family member. We quickly realized they only sold individual cups and not sets. As we were leaving, one of the employees, a white woman, followed us all the way to the door. She then took a long look at our license plate and seemed to focus on our car for an uncomfortable amount of time. This made us feel like we were being racially profiled, unless employees are instructed to follow every customer to the door and inspect their cars. It was a very unsettling experience. read more

Next card purchase was AARP which I would NEVER apply for...ever. Caught you! Your name is on my receipts. Called corporate and will send receipts tomorrow. Old women aren't stupid most of the time. Beware of return policy!!!! Prices are high but I was willing to shop here anyway for a last minute graduation gift. The gift didn't work out and I tried to return the items with all pricing still in place and with the original receipt 10 days after purchasing. I was told I could get neither a refund NOR an exchange because the purchase was made over seven days ago. Who does a seven day return window?! The items I purchased were not personalized so they were not specialty items. I can guarantee you I will plan ahead and order my collegiate items online. The quality and selection here is great. Order processed and shipped expediently. Great communication throughout order and shipping process. Only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the prices are quite high. Not oppressively so, but still not what I'd consider bargain or "standard". This is a cute little store located right across from campus. It tends to get uncomfortably packed on game days so I'd suggest going at a different time than right before or right after the game. The staff is decently friendly and they have a good selection of items. If this store doesn't have what you're looking for in your size they will call around to the other 6 stores to see if they have it. There is plenty of parking out front. On game days make sure to let the parking attendant know you are going to shop and not park here for the game otherwise you'll get towed! read more

I spent over a thousand dollars in this store and told them it was for my son in Denver. I ask if anything didn't fit could I exchange it. They said yes. Well they LIED! A pull over jacket was too little. I took it in and told them I wanted to exchange it for one size larger. They told me to go pick out the item we wanted. Then they told us we could NOT exchange the item because they have a 7 day return policy. I will never buy anything in this store again. My advice is to buy from another store. Here in Lubbock there are plenty of stores that have authorized Tech apparel for a lot less money and the same quality. read more

This place has a decent selection of TTU stuff, but the thing that makes it unbearable is the employees. There are always snobby girls who think they are hot (the last one was doing her make up in the mirror and ignored customers) or just look at you and smile. It seemed like they made it a point to not say anything to me, my wife, or the two other customers in there. This or a similar situation has happened every time I've been to this location. Large selection - would be good to visit if you live locally. I ordered 2 different shirts online. Same size, same fit description. One wound up being an inch smaller around.
