Everything looks like it's falling apart. The go-karts are slow and sputter along like old jalopies. They must have had the same ones for over 40 years, they definitely appear as such. The batting cages don't work anymore, either. It just isn't what it was in the 90's or 00's...the owners have apparently just been running the place into the ground over the last 10 years trying to soak every dollar out of it before retiring and selling it off. It has really taken a dive over the last few. It's not worth coming here until new management takes over and revamps everything. Anyone giving a 3-star or higher review of this park is either a bot or completely clueless.

When you buy the animal feed they tell you to go straight to the animals otherwise you'll get stuck in the play town forever. That was great advice as after we were done feeding the animals our kiddo was in heaven checking out the mini diner, grocery store, vet and more, riding on the child sized tractors and generally just having a ball. Played here twice last week with mixed results. The it seemed like an incredible inconvenience to get a hot dog. Then out on the course do not expect to find your ball if it is even a foot off of the "fairway" Most of the "fairway" is just mown grass/ant hills/dirt. The greens are pretty good thought. The back 9 is also pretty easy, which for amateur players like myself is good. I also came the closest to a hole-in-one on 16 - 2 feet & then drained the put. All this after a case of beer. There is moisture on the walking path and with all the iron in the soil your shoes will become a rusty rea color,.

In a day where every amusement event (including fairs) bleeds you dry from entry fees, fast passes, food, drink and souvenirs...this place is gives you hope that this city still cares about the word "Family" in entertainment. .25 cents a ticket...no individual ride over 6 tickets (think there is 4 maybe out of all the rides). Parents aren't unhappy shelling out wads of cash so the vibe is good. No second looks at people wondering "where'd they come from"...or "let's go over here guys". We go several times a summer just to ride a couple rides and pop out to finish the days errands. So if you want to see why everyone is moving up above Manitowoc...spend a couple hours here. Prices .25 cents per ticket. It provides you a list of tickets for each ride. Things to know: Not all rides were operating. Free parking. Several people walking and jogging. Amazing view of the Bay from the Ferris wheel. Looking forward to returning again.

I really love taking my boys to Badger Sports Park. The only…read moreproblem is we cant go very often because you need a small loan to spend any length of time there. Today with the help of a Groupon, the kids were able to do more than they are normally allowed to do. They bowled, had a few turns on the laser maze and jumped in the inflatables. The laser maze and bowling get zero complaints from me. However, The inflatables gets 1 star- the inflatables themselves are great, but... The absolutely ridiculous turf, they stupidly put down in a children's play area.... I cant even! There are these black pellets all over the place "for your comfort and safety" Let me tell you my child's bloody murder screams from the pellet in his eye, that refused to come out, and the over 15 minutes he spent crying in pain on the bathroom floor, to his now probably scratched cornea... safety and comfort are not exactly the words that crossed my mind. There were a lot of swear words that did, however. This definitely ruined my son's fun. I really do not understand the point of this material being added. It is definitely not safe. I will not be back (for the inflatables) for this reason specifically. I would also recommend parents go to other inflatable entertainment facilities we have in the area. Everything here is pretty costly. As a parent I cant afford to bring my kids here often. But they do have fun when they go. We actually tried to go to a non-chain spot but alas, they were cash only and we didn't have cash. So, off to Pirate's Cove we went. What's not to love? Pirate's Cove offers a fun, challenging, and well maintained miniature golf course. We were there on a Friday and it was busy but not annoyingly so. We had to wait a short time at each hole for the folks in front of us (as did the folks behind us). But, again, nothing too lengthy and overall everything flowed rather well. The prices are pretty average in my experience and the service was friendly. Get to it!
