Unfortunately can't recommend at all. Came home from work to find my 12 year old cat having trouble breathing. Looked up 24/7 vets and saw good reviews so rushed him here. They took him back immediately (Pro) and were professional and kind getting history and background. Had to pay $200 deposit and give my drivers license up front (odd but--okay.) Once I was taken into a room the vet explained 1,000 causes could be behind this and noted he needed an X-ray. No problem. We did that and I was left for a while. When she returned she closed the door and told me he had cancer tumors and lungs filling up and needed to be put down "now." How could that be assessed without blood work? I am still suspicious that my cat DID NOT NEED TO DIE. I was hysterical of course but agreed and filled out paperwork for cremation and paid the cost. I kept asking to spend time with him to say goodbye and was reassured multiple times my techs I would get that chance. I was left to wait over 40 minutes. I could not stop crying. When I was taken in the back--before I even reached the cage to hold him--the vet had begun the injections. He died. Blood poured from his mouth. She asked if I needed "time with the body." After he died and was wrapped in a puppy pee pad--blood all over his face mouth and front paws. I couldn't handle it. I was left to find my own way out. (The cages and oxygen tents are way way way in the back.) No receipt. No carrier. No instructions. (Major con). Was sent a nice sympathy card in mail by practice (pro.) I had to call multiple times and text to ask for a receipt and for updates on when to expect the ashes and so on. No luck (kept being told they'd sent it but nothing.) so finally had to drive there. Got receipt and was told it would be 2-3 weeks on ashes and they'd call me. No problem. Then 10am next day get call that ashes there (making me suspicious they were there the day before.) (Con.) Based on the numerous cons and trauma surrounding the euthanasia I feel I would never return or recommend. All of my friends have said this is not how euthanasia should work--normally you get at least a few minutes (or even sixty seconds) to kiss the pet and say goodbye--but this was not my experience at all. It was around 11pm at night and I think it may have been a rush due to shifts changing or something. Clearly people working here did not want to be there. I heard lots of chatter in this regard while waiting for the extended period of time in the mourning area. Regardless--it was harrowing and expensive (over a thousand dollars.) I was never given a price for the euthanasia or cremation until my card needed to be run and my pet languished in suffering. Sorry because I believe it was all due to the conduct of the vet on my case but I cannot say anything positive about this place at all. This was my first pet, my world, and it was handled like a scene out of a Mel Brooks movie. Any other vet (or even no vet at all) would have been better. Would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE; READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS

Pro: big parking lot, nice staff, big waiting area, clean interior. Con: none. I will start by saying that there is no animal hospital that has good rating. There will always be mix reviews and you just have to take your chances. Our dog started vomiting five times last night and then at about 4 am but sister heard some noise and woke up to see that the dog had swallow an underwear. So, after looking online we found 3 animal hospital all with mix review but decide to try this facility. We arrive around 5 am and there were no other people so we check in and front desk made us sign a 250 dollar deposit and the dog was taken back. The doctor was knowledgeable and after getting some fluid we decide to take him home and monitor. All in all, had a slightly above average experience here.

I came to Neel for an emergency visit with a pregnant in labor frenchie who started early. TBH I was a wreck and they could tell. Trinity met my energy with such kindness and understanding and it was easing my stress by the hour cause I was there for a few. Dr. French also knocked it out of the park with her knowledge and making sure I was understanding what was going on with my dogs body. YouTube is wonderful but someone with firsthand knowledge standing in front of you with said knowledge is VERY UNDERRATED. They knew I had a plan with another vet and this wasn't part of it but they were trying everything they could to keep me on said plan. By morning the puppies had not come out and they said that she was stable enough to continue with my plan with the other vet. The cost was reasonable as well for the services that I had received. And the service was 10 outta 10.

They don't care about your pet, only money. The practice manager doesnt take concerns seriously either.

They were prompt in their care. They took great care of my Filbert. He's alive and thriving thanks to Neel's excellent care.

Worried more about money than actually helping. They made an already horrible situation 10x worse with their unprofessionalism.

Jasmine helped guide us through the consult on Monday, making sure all our questions were answered. Erin was there early the morning of surgery and made check-in feel calm and reassuring. Dr. Walker performed the surgery flawlessly, and thanks to Dr. Granone, who oversaw his anesthesia, and Ashley, who managed it during surgery, I knew he was in the safest hands possible. Post-op, his recovery was nurtured by the most compassionate nursing care I could ask for--Andrea, Calista, and Jenna went above and beyond every single day. They treated Sampson like family, not just a patient. I got the best updates and pictures from them which helped me feel at ease Without this team, I would have lost a piece of me. Because of their dedication, skill, and heart, Sampson is still with me. I will forever be grateful. This team didn't just save his life--they gave me mine back

My dog was not simply a pet -- he was a beloved member of my family for over 10 years and an important part of my daughter's childhood. However, when I arrived on February 24, 2026, to pick up his ashes, I was informed that the paw and nose prints had been lost. I was further told by the front desk employee that the prints were merely a "courtesy" and not included in the cremation cost. While I understand policies may vary, the issue is not whether the prints were included in the price. The issue is that I was explicitly told they would be provided. I was given the expectation that something meaningful and irreplaceable would be preserved -- and that commitment was not honored. If this was truly a courtesy, it should not have been presented to me as a promised memorial item. Informing a grieving family that something special will be done, only to later admit it was lost, adds unnecessary pain to an already heartbreaking situation. There is no opportunity now to recreate those prints. That moment has passed forever. During one of the most vulnerable experiences a family can endure, compassion and care matter deeply. The response I received lacked empathy and professionalism, which only compounded the grief my family is experiencing. I am deeply disappointed in how this was handled.

I was yelled at, told I couldn't be helped, also that I didn't know my directions when I asked where they were located. When I asked the woman to repeat prices for me on the phone she preceded to yell at me and say "what are the prices to high?!!" I said "ummm no. I'm hard hearing. I'm trying to make sure I actually heard what you said." As a disabled person that can hardly hear, that was extremely disrespectful. I've been told they are closing hours early just so I can't get in and the prices I'm quoted they said are "just for me". I have been searching for a new place for my 3 babies and this is DEFINITELY NOT IT. This woman answering has no manners or etiquette. I wonder how they treat animals if they are so awful to the humans trying to give them business. I am also being sent private messages on Facebook by someone in the McCrary family. They send something then delete it. They post on fb then delete it. I have been nothing but truthful about experience. I think I should be left alone and treated with some respect.
