This place is toxic, and demonic. As an ethical breeder that has two amazing full blooded dogs I have to spay a lot. I had both of the parents fixed here and had no issues, then I fixed one of the males here from one of the litters, no issue but when I did the 2nd male puppy they changed my paper work to show the puppy was not full blooded, changing my paperwork and putting lies knowing it would ruin the chance to find this guy a home. He is a full blooded mini Aussie and she put something stupid like mixed lab/poodle. I told her the staff shouldn't be randomly updating this, I know we filed a complaint and went back up 3 times after this lady put a 6 ft cone on my mini Aussie that's 22 pounds neck, he could not even lift his neck or eat. Went in 4 times and they wouldn't replace it sayin it's the only size that will fit. I ended up cutting it down and giving up, still used them because they were the cheapest option and they then changed the paper work. This place is toxic, evil and doesn't care about animals. Demonized doctor Boyer is to avoid at all cost. I have on average 1 dog to fix a week but I assure you things people are not worth it. I had several people decide not to adopt him because they wanted the paper work to be fixed and it to show his needs, yet they would not fix it. read more

Not very impressed. 1st time visit. We had a 2 pm appointment. Arrived 5-10 minutes early to check in. We checked in and I was asked if I wanted to wait in my car. (The waiting area​ was completely empty) I ask why I would need to wait in the car. I was told that there was only one examination room for cats & a walk in was ahead of me (I saw them walk in and check in right in front of me) . I asked how long of a wait & was told minimum of 30+ minutes. I said I had an appointment & was told but a walk in came in first. I asked why did I need an appointment then & was told they were sorry. I canceled my appointment on the spot. Whats the point waiting a week to get in to be seen when all someone has to do is just walk in and get in front of those with appointments. Will not be back. Found out when I go home my spouse had taken her pet in and had to wait over two hours. Not impressed read more

Walk in clinic for shots was quick and fast and not too expensive. The only thing I didn't like was that they couldn't give heart worm medications as they aren't a full vet service. Why offer the test if you can't prescribe the preventative!?! read more

My 9 year old Pomeranian needed to have her teeth cleaned. The vet at OK Humane Society recommended 4 clinics in the OKC vicinity. When I inquired about fees, I found a range from $300-$800. In contrast, Spayxperts, in Moore, shows their fees on their website. They are very reasonable! We scheduled an exam with Dr. Boyer, and a blood test in advance of the cleaning appointment, to be sure that her organs were healthy. They told us in advance the fees for both, which I appreciated. Dr Boyer verified her good health and answered my questions about the anesthesia and procedure. He followed up after the blood test results by email. He sent us home with antibiotics for her to start 2 days in advance of the cleaning. All assistants that we have met are very friendly, very helpful, very professional, and never seeming rushed. They reserve Wednesdays for only teeth cleaning. Their process on Wednesdays is very organized on intake, procedure, and pickup. Everything went very well! The assistant explained the use of pain meds, antibiotics and the recovery care, before bringing my dog out. I was very pleased with the very professional and friendly care that our dog and we received from Dr. Boyer and his staff at Spayxperts. I highly recommend them!!! **Dr. Boyer proves that you can get "excellent" veterinary care, and not have to pay high or excessive rates!** P.S. I took my litter of 5 for their first shots before going to their new homes. It was only $75.00 for ALL 5 puppies. The location is the corner of 4th and Santa Fe in Moore. New, clean building. Friendly staff and I got right in and out. Not a peep out of my puppies when they got their shots. She was very gentle with my 3# and 4# babies. I went here to get my cat spayed. Not only are they cheap, but they did an amazing job. The incision was very small and within a few hours after picking her up she was already up and moving around. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient when answering all my questions, and the pick up and drop off process was very fast and easy. Oh let me tell you about my experience. The woman that checked us in asked if my dog was on any medication- I told her she was at the vet last weekend and received the flea/tick pill and she had hookworms and was on medication for 3 days for that. No problem???? We'll when I picked her up the same woman checked us out when I got there and said my dog had diarrhea and they suggest I see a full service vet for parasites - I told her again she was treated for hookworms- she said oh that's probably what caused it - she told the old drill sergeant- and she lost it. She went to the back to get my dog and literally yelled so everyone could hear. THANKS FOR BRINGING HOOKWORMS IN TO OUT CLINIC - someone else yells - YEAH THANKS FOR INFECTING OUR CLINIC! When she came out I asked if it was me they were yelling about - she said YES HOOKWORMS ARE PARASITES - I said I told the person that checked us in. She said I DON'T KNOW WHO IT WAS BUT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN HERE. The entire time the woman that checked us in stood there and never said a word. Will never go back! Will never refer them and will probably file a complaint with the BBB. read more

Being involved in dog rescue, I have had experience at many different veterinarians in and around OKC. Of course, since the rescue is supported entirely by donations, we are very mindful of our funds and of being a good steward of those donations. SpayXperts checks all the boxes for us. They are very transparent about their fees. Everyone I had interaction with is courteous, knowledgeable and caring about their little patients. I believe they offer regular vet services for sick animals in a separate area, the spay and neuter area only does vaccinations, Heartworm testing and of course spay and neuter all at amazingly low prices. The office is modern, clean, smells good, and is very well run. I really appreciate that they have everyone text on arrival, that way the waiting room isn't a mine field of reactive dogs and howling cats. All in all a very good experience here! Definitely recommend! My only request is that they open another location on the north side of the city. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I walk in the door and get yelled at about if I have been text to come in or not. I say no but I wasn't sure can I wait outside. I have a large dog who is scared and I can't move her. They continue to yell at me from behind the counter. If you treat people this way I sure can't trust you with my dog. It's really interesting how I was just trying to figure out what to do and get yelled at however the people hitting their dog outside your front door are treated with respect. I will willingly pay more for care and be treated with kindness than to be treated the way you made me feel. read more

The medicine they prescribed my chihuahua for his MISDIAGNOSED congestive heart failure caused him to go into severe kidney failure because they did not do any lab work prior to prescribing. Now he is having to spend the weekend at an emergency vet hospital for almost $2000- and, if he does not get better, there is nothing else that can be done. The new vet at a different establishment told us that no reputable veterinarian would prescribe the medications they gave us without further tests (as my dog didn't even have congestive heart failure!) My poor dog is going through all of this because of a careless mistake made at this establishment. read more

We had to make an appointment at a different vet to now fix two issues less than a week later.
