Despite being a low energy puppy and on strict bed rest his pin came out protruding through the skin two days later. Dr. Hagen provided no solutions except another surgery on my dime which already had a high price tag. I was told sometimes these surgeries aren't successful the first time keeping in mind he was a young, healthy pup at this time. I did not appreciate the bedside manner and I felt that there was no accountability for the poor surgery and aftercare. My pup has not healed properly and may need to undergo another surgery but regardless it will shorten his lifespan as he still drags that leg occasionally.

Brought a dying kitten in to see what could be done. Dr. Hoffman assessed the kitten and basically resorted to the fees that it would cost immediately with no empathy of the situation. Told us that "he would say" the kitten is in pain, that we "would have to pay for an in-office visit" despite just bringing her in to be put down in the end, and didn't offer any kind of sympathy or apology when told that $65 for euthanizing the kitten was more than was in the bank. Took our money and gave us the dead kitten. Nurses didn't care, either, and didn't offer a word to us. I made this account just so I could leave a one-star. Do NOT take your animals here. You will be given poor support, charged for every penny they legally can, and won't even tell you so much as sorry as you leave.
