These beach-town Chinese joints can be hit or miss, but Golden China was a definite hit! In fact, my wife declared it her favorite Chinese restaurant in the entire country! Now, I'm not sure I'd go quite that far, maybe she was just really tired, but it was definitely impressive. We ordered the Beef and Broccoli, Singapore Noodles, Pork Chop Suey, and Crab Rangoon. Everything was fantastic. The Beef and Broccoli stood out for me, the beef was tender, and the sauce was seasoned perfectly. My wife couldn't stop talking about the Chop Suey and loved how loaded it was with fresh vegetables. The nice lady working the counter was also very friendly, striking up a conversation with me and my son when we picked up our order. It was a small gesture, but it made the experience even better. Great spot, and we'll definitely be ordering from here again next time we're in Topsail!
