Even though this was new construction, he did find some issues that I know we would never have found, or even thought to look for. During the inspection, Tom was great about answering questions as he went along and explained things are a perfect level- not too complex for us to understand but also not over-simplified as if he was talking to a child. Tom was very courteous and professional and we really appreciated all his feedback. Finally when he produced his written report, he was great about answering questions around the report, including providing us guidance on how the assess the repairs he recommended in his report.
