I should have listen to my head when the red flags started to go up. First, they demanded a 30% down payment, second, they said it would take two weeks to get to me. Nonetheless, I ignored my inner instincts and approved Job Number 3636 with the stipulation they try to see me as soon as possible since the North gutter is completely blocked and when it rains I get a 3' long waterfall running down the side of the building. 11/6/25 - They sent me a receipts showing they took out $114.75 from my credit card. (Exhibit 1) 11/6/25 - Received an email stating they had placed me on the schedule for 'Monday, November 10, 2025 arriving between 9:30 am and 10:30 am'. (Exhibit 2) 11/10/25 - Come Noon and no one showed up. I called their office and was first told they were delayed but would get to see me today. 3:00 pm, called the office again, this time they said the crew was having trouble finding my location but would get to me as soon as they figure out how to get to my house. This was utter nonsense. My address has 3 city locations that you can type in Google Map and find where I live. You can use Easton, Raubsville and Williams Township ... all will show up in google Map. They never showed up. Note I was the one calling them, they never called me to say they were not coming or delayed. 11/11/25 - Sent then screen shots of Google Map and my address, and a photo of my house. (Exhibit 3 and Exhibit 6) They sent an email saying I was schedule to get my gutters clean 'tomorrow'. 11/12/25 - Same thing, no one called and no one showed up. Now it is two days I've lost in earnings and time waiting for this company to come clean my gutters. 11/13/25 - In the morning received an email from Gutter Twins saying they were canceling the order (Exhibit 4). No explanation or reason for why they did not show up twice. Well I've had enough. Called Gutter Twin but no one picked up. Left a somewhat stern voice mail and demanded a refund of my deposit followed by an email (Exhibit 5). Completely irresponsible, have no sense of customer service, and definitely unprofessional. Will update if we use them for the work. Orignal Review: Reached out to them mid February for a quote to repair gutters and put on snow guards. They came out pretty promptly with an appointment on a Friday due to a trip the next week the estimator was going on. I was told an estimate would be by Tuesday before the trip. I've now has to reach out three times (3 weeks later) to keep being told "theyll reach out to their supplier". At this point, based on their poor estimate and communication skills I wouldn't recommend them for any work as I if communication is poor with this, what is going to occur if something is done wrong with the actual job. It's a shame as their home advisor reviews are pretty good with several hundred positive ones and have been mentioned on neighborhood groups as well.

We switched from 5in to 6in. Every step of the process was done promptly and professionally. Every member of the team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. I was not charged for the service until it was done to my complete satisfaction. Our new gutters are fantastic and look really nice too. I had new gutters and gutter helmet installed three years ago. I used a professional company, paid…read morea decent price, and thought I could relax about one thing on my older home. With heavy rains this spring, I started to see water damage inside my home in my dining room (on an outside wall). I called a trusted roofer thinking it was the roof but only to find out it was the gutters/gutter helmet. He showed me by using a hose as we watched the water fly over the gutters. The gutter helmet didn't allow the water to go into the gutter but behind it and over it. It damaged the siding, wore away the mortar on the bricks, and damaged a large window outside. Inside I had to have my entire wall tore out. Base plate, insulation, paneling, flooring, all had to be replaced. I had to deal with mold and mildew as well. When I called them to come and look at it, they came, they argued with me until my carpenter showed up. At that point, they finally agreed to do as I asked and rehung the gutter, along with a spacer behind it (as I had requested in the beginning), fixed a bad corner that clearly wasn't coped in or sealed correctly, all while still stating their product worked. Doing a water test with the hose, when I got home, after they said it was fixed, the water still did not go into the gutter! They never checked! We ended up tearing off the gutter helmet and will probably have to rehang the gutter higher and put on new screening to keep the leaves out. I will have to tear off the gutter helmet other places on the house and rehang the gutter as well before more damage occurs. I thought they were experts. They were not. This is a cautionary tail for others. Do not think that just because they have an advertised company and can talk a big talk that they know what they are doing. They clearly did not. This was an expensive lesson to learn. Please be warned.

They are simply lucky that my two dogs did not go outside and end up with a nail in their foot. Of COURSE I picked up the shards of metal and nails from the ENTIRE PERIMETER OF MY HOME immediately. It wasn't until I posted the review that the owner called my husband. He was INCREDIBLY rude, pretentious and dismissive. I stand behind my negative review and money refunded was never the goal, which is why $50 or $500 wont pay to remove my review (which was their goal "what will it take for you to take the review down?"
