If I could give this company a million stars, I would.... After YEARS of trying literally EVERYTHING, I am finally seeing results. After I had kids, my body was never the same. She explained everything, answered all my questions, even her voice was soothing, it was very relaxing and felt wonderful, it even lasted longer than I expected. I was referred to red mountain by two friends. After starting the program, I lost 20lbs in a little over two weeks! My face looked different, ...I felt great! I felt good with that so I wanted to move into the next phase. The nurse suggested otherwise and suggested I stay in phase one. That's when I completely fell on my face. No fault of theirs other than maybe listening to me and letting me go into the next phase. I just knew I wasn't up for another month of such a low cal program. I plan on going back in today and this time, I'm going back and jumping into phase two. Phase one is a difficult one for more than a month. Not to mention I don't think doing that for a long time is healthy. It's a great kickstart into weight loss but I was done losing weight slowly after that. TRACY is the BEST NURSE! Along with a SUPER front desk staff! Here is the scoop on Tracy and the facility itself: I have met with Tracy a couple of times now, for a consultation and a procedure. She is an Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) and does skin injectables such as fillers, Botox, Kybella, etc. She is very kind and one of the best nurses I have ever experienced as a patient! I'm not the biggest fan of needles, and when I felt dizzy halfway through my procedure, she helped lay me backwards and elevated my feet to help get my blood to rush back to my head. She grabbed me some ice packs for my neck, and got some air blowing on me by opening and shutting the heavy door to create some wind. She was able to continue my procedure while I was laying down. She gave me a helpful tip of trying to have a protein shake before my next appointment, as that may help. I'll have to try this out any time I get a shot, blood work, etc! If you have any needs that she is qualified to do, definitely try to make your appointment with her! You can schedule free consultations to discuss options on how to create your optimal appearance. She is very honest and upfront, not trying to sell you anything. Now for the rest of the facility, the area and building itself if very nice. Just be warned that the entrance is in the backside of the building, so park around the side and not the front if you don't want to walk too far. The front desk staff is friendly and offers water bottles, cold or room temperature. That is definitely appreciated in the AZ heat or after some self care procedures! The waiting room is pretty large and feels welcoming and peaceful, with candles burning and relaxing music. They often run monthly deals on purchasing skincare/procedures/etc, so sign up for their emails, contact the office for information, or check their website. For Black Friday, I saw that they had a sale for half off on cool sculpting. In December, they had a sale on purchasing multiple vials of filler or Kybella. I see right now for January they have BOGO skin tightening treatments. You are able to purchase procedures with the deals and save them to your account to use at a later date, how awesome! read more

Excellent results when you follow the diet and recommendations. For myself, menopause was a game changer for weight loss. Having tried *many* diets, for example, WW, keto, 500 calorie HCG w/shots, this diet has produced the most consistent results. The protein and vegetable options and portions are realistic and satisfying - no hunger on this diet. Further, my blood pressure dropped almost immediately to normal range (116/65). I realize google-net will tell you all weight loss results in a BP drop, but I did not find that to be the case until this diet. If your budget can handle the cost, I recommend you try it. Contrary to popular google-lore, just following an 800-calorie diet with exercise did NOT work for me post menopause. read more

The customer service is horrible. 30 minute wait for an injection that you are not able to make an appointment for. No "F's" given. Left multiple voice mails requesting a return call due to serious concerns with no return call. I ended up driving to the Shea location to see why I had not received a return call for messages left during business hours only to find the staff standing around conversing with one another. Red Mountain has a good product, too bad they don't have a staff who is properly trained to help their patients maximize their experience. Disappointed!!! I've been a long time customer of Red Mountain weight Loss Scottsdale. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company. I've been successful with their HCG after having kids. I've done medical treatments and referred many friends. This morning I received an email that they have a new cancellation and late fee policy. Although I believe in a penalty for no shows, I feel their new policy is a bit excessive. I am not comfortable with signing and agreeing to pay such excessive fees. I was asked when checking into my appointment to sign their new policy. I stated that I wasn't comfortable with it due to the high fee amounts. I was informed that I would no longer be able to book an appointment without signing it. I'm very disappointed that a business is willing to let a very loyal customer walk because they don't agree to their new policy. Very sad. We require 24-hour notice to avoid Late-Cancellation fees for any rescheduled or cancelled appointments. To make a long story short, it didn't work. Because of Covid I booked an online appointment, had a video chat. Despite hearing of the free consultation on the radio, I was charged $115. After the consultation I was told I'd get the pills (instead of the shots) and was told that the pills were more effective than the shots. Another $354. The pills arrived a few days later, but no guidebook, I had to call the Arcadia office to get that sent over to me. No follow up from them whatsoever. And no weightloss whatsoever despite following the plan to the letter. Every time I hear about them on the radio, I change the station in disgust. Save your $469. read more

I love Dr. Bentz and Red Mountain. I have been a client on and off throughout the last 12 years. You have to follow the literature and the guidelines on how to eat. It becomes normal once you follow the programs. I have been back to her because I lost a close family member and "fell onto the fattening foods" to comfort my sadness. Then lost the weight again. It takes a good 6-9 months to really lose it how I want and to be comfortable with myself again. I get the weight loss shots that help with the B vitamins and love them. Again- I refer people to Dr. Bentz as much as I can but I do tell them that they have to be committed to themselves to get where they want to be. I have been going to Red Mountain Weight loss on and off for a couple of years. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating until yesterday. It appears that masks are now optional for the staff. I get that. I did request that when I went into a closed room to get my RM3 shot that the technician wear a mask for that short period of time because I am in the high risk group. The technician repeated and repeated that they are no longer required to wear a mask. I get that too. I was asking as one person to another to be aware of my concern. We are only in the room at close contact for a few minutes so I felt that my request was not out of line. I talked to the manager the next day, someone I totally respect and like, and was given the phrase, "We are following CDC guidelines." I see nothing in the guidelines that says a provider can't wear a mask if someone requests. If Red Mountain does not address this issue I will no longer be going and I advise anyone who feels the same to speak up and let the company know their concerns. read more

While the system is expensive, and the hcg pill compounds and B shots seem to be helpful, the diet is the key. If you want to lose weight just eat the extremely low calorie diet - no fats, no dairy, no carbs, no sugar and you will loose weight equally as fast. The staff is very welcoming but if you miss an appointment don't expect them to work you in OR offer the hcg pills to hold you until they CAN work you in. It is a 5 minute appointment and they can't work someone in? It's not like they offer any advice when you go and the last time I saw the NP she didn't even say "you lost x amount" or offer encouragement. Waste of my time. I will do this on my own. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The front office staff are incompetent and rude. A motivated third grader could provide better service. They only care about getting your cc number. Zero follow up, unless you count the endless emails trying to upsell various supplements. After 4 weeks of following their program religiously, I'm a whopping TWO pounds down and $700 lighter. I'm exhausted, stressed (since they don't want you to exercise). How can they advertise rapid weight loss?? Stay far away. Try talking to a a naturopath or your GP, or try weight watchers or noom. I finally got to talk to a live person and they charged my card $75 to tell me what I already knew. I debated about writing this review for a long time because it is so personal but honestly HCG through Red Mountain changed my life. I know that sounds beyond cheesy but honestly it's true. I've been a "fat girl" my entire life, like since elementary school. When I turned 23 I weighed in at 200 pounds and realized I had to do something drastic. I had heard about HCG (sounded too good to be true) but at this point I was desperate so I though "screw it; let's try it." I lost 20 pounds my first month and after four months I lost 50 pounds. I went from a size 16 to 8. Incredible. I literally never thought it would be possible and I owe it all to Red Mountain. A couple things to know: 1.) yes; it works quickly but don't kid yourself this is NOT the easy way out. You have to follow the rules and you CANNOT cheat. 2.) who you have is super important. I had mostly one nurse Beth and she was great. Never made me feel bad super encouraging and always supportive. One time I had another nurse (Kathy? Can't remember) and she was awful. She's the reason I'm docking one star. After losing 50 pounds she basically still told me she thought I was fat (um wow not what you want to hear after 4 months of hard work) but whatever f*** her as far as I'm concerned I look great! 3.)it's expensive. Like seriously if you are on a budget this isn't for you but honestly I found the fact that it was pricey to keep me on track. Why cheat when you're investing all this money? Sigh. The person who said it was a mill is dead on. You only see a doctor on the consult never again. Every week you go in to get a bshot, they don't weigh you, don't care if you lost weight, don't ask, don't ask how things are going... Literally nothing. It definitely made me feel more than any company I've ever done business with that all i was, was a number. I even asked one time... Do you want me to weigh in and the response was " you don't need to, we don't record anything." I lost 15 pounds but had zero support and out 400.00+ bucks. Follow up: after an hour of posting my first review the office manager that oversees two locations called me directly and left a message. She then followed up first thing this morning. She assured me they have made changes since I saw them a year ago and asked me to return for another try. I was extremely impressed with what she said and how this was handled. I mentioned to her I am out of town and need to reschedule my video appointment. She then ask me how long I lived in the United States? Like the US Virgin Islands not part of America. He began to clean up with what he think should have been said with out acknowledging my concern about being racially profiled. I have been coming here for the past few months and my overall experience has been good until today. My girlfriend and myself have been going to each other appointments for morale and before one of her appointments I was told by a coworker that thy offer military discounts. Which I though was awesome so I though I would ask which I did about two weeks ago and the receptionist told me yes they do. I go in for my appointment today and the same girl who told me they do said they stopped giving them out around January. I am like are you serious you just told me you did! This place is not bad it had a nice calming to it and is quite enjoyable. For the most part the staff is friendly Just make sure you get in writing what they say! I don't usually review business, but when I was looking to lose weight, I read the reviews for Red Mountain and saw many negative reviews. I decided to try Red Mountain anyway and it has been an amazing experience. Dr. Benz and her staff are very helpful and show concern for your goals. I did the RM3 program and am now in my final days of the Transition Period, about 8 weeks into the program. I have lost 31 lbs so far and never been hungry. The program works for me. I did notice some negative comments on the time lag for delivery of the medication. Because of that I did have my first order sent to their office for pickup, thinking it would speed things up. The pills were available for pick up the next day. My second order was sent to my home, and it was 2 days for delivery. The laboratory is in Phoenix. The program not only helped me lose weight, but I have a new understanding of how and what I eat and how it affects my weight. I think I can make a few changes in my habits and keep this weight off long term. My neighbor was trying to lose weight, so I recommended Red Mountain to him and he started last week.
