I completely understand the demand around Valentine's Day but the arrangement I received felt rushed, poorly composed, and nowhere near the level of craftsmanship of the one from our anniversary. We were baffled, the roses had totally died as had many of the filler flowers in a little over 24 hours. I took pictures and sent them to Campus Floral, explaining the situation. They were not only understanding about it, but extremely accommodating. I wasn't able to come in to get a free replacement for weeks after the situation, and after following up again before coming in, I was assured that they'd be happy to replace the entire arrangement at my convenience...weeks later! The vendor recognized their mistake, but was unable to get us the right flowers on time so we called up Flowers on Main just 1/2 hour before they closed asking for a miracle. An hour later they came through and were able to secure the flowers we needed and had them delivered the day of the wedding in time to create our center pieces. Flowers on Main went above and beyond. When it came time for the wedding, she clarified once again what she wanted, and luckily she did, because they were about to make it wrong again. In the end, they did get it right, but it took a lot of us staying on top of them to make sure it happened. I also gave them specific instructions for my boutonnieres. I requested that they include feathers from certain birds that I hunt, and I personally supplied the feathers. Even after showing them in person exactly what I wanted, they still did them incorrectly. On top of that, I asked if there were any leftover feathers to please save them so I could pick them up afterward. They never let us know if there were extras, and I believe they were simply thrown away. The bouquets and corsages were fine, but overall we were disappointed with the customer service and the lack of attention to the specific instructions we gave. For something as important and personal as wedding flowers, we expected better communication and better listening. Unfortunately, I would not recommend bringing my business here.
