They quoted me initially during a consultation for 3 hours from 1-4pm. When I arrived for my appointment, my stylist took me 20min after my appointment time started as she was busy with another customer. We ended the appointment at 4:22 and I assumed it would still be 3 hours given the delayed start. The receptionist pulled the price up to have the stylist confirm. The stylist shrugged and said "we started a bit late but that's fine." Then I saw the price and they added a full hour to the total price. After tip, it was over $460. Given it was my first time I felt overwhelmed and didn't say anything and cause a scene. I regret not speaking up in the moment. However I don't recommend people go here as they may do the same to you. I won't be returning.

My appointment was with a new stylist, Sierra, who was personable, but several important steps in styling my curly hair after the cut were missed. My sides were over-dried and left uneven, while my crown was still wet. Product application felt minimal, an afterthought, and I wasn't shown what was used during the styling process. After the appointment, I even needed to apply a deep conditioner at home because my hair felt dry from the excessive blow-drying. More broadly, there didn't seem to be much in the way of quality control or accountability to ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the chair. When I raised concerns, I was told the only option was to return to the same stylist for corrections. That approach doesn't feel workable when the issue involves multiple missed basics and a lack of trust in the initial service.

I had an appointment with Will and he was beyond professional, competent, and wonderful to be around. I was given refreshments as well as joyful conversation. Will asked me questions throughout my salon session and ensured I was involved every step of the way, even making sure my part was how I liked it with gel. If you're looking for a haircut or other services please come here. My mother has also come to this location and she received the best haircut she's ever gotten.
