Well, I had a taste for Fish and Chips. It wasnt what I had expected. Very oily, and way too much batter on fish. In fact they heaped a whole bunch of batter on plate, making the meal seem larger than it was. I had to dig through the batter to get to the fish, which was too oily. Instead of chips, I received limp string fries. Too much oil. I couldnt eat the coleslaw. It had an odd taste and wasnt fresh. More on the slimy side. One spoonful I tried, but had to spit it back out. The sweet tea was ok, but with so much oil, I cpuldnt drink too much of it. I dont know what hapoened. Usually the food is decent. Not this time. This location would not accept coupons and the Red Lobster coupon for 10% off was not honored on a takeaway order. The $30.99 1 pound snow crab legs with garlic butter was presented with NO melted butter and had the garlic butter poured over the crab legs in their shells. We sat down, with a few gifts ordered and the staff was so attentive our food was cooked perfectly to order, the checked regularly for drink refills,and even caught the fact that it was Jessica's birthday! Food quality is basically a gamble. Youre either going to get the juciest most savory crab ever, or crab that tastes straight out of the back of a freezer. Service is usually pretty great, Ive only ever had one bad experience with a server there, and that was a few years back. An average experience with acceptable food. The menu has been pared down quite a bit. The calamari was good and the have the best biscuits hands down. We haven't been to Red Lobster in quite a few years, but last night, everyone wanted seafood! The place was busy, almost every table full, but still seated within the 25 minute wait time we were told. So maybe 20 minutes?. After seating, it was only a few minutes before Shanique, greeted us. Ordered drinks and coconut shrimp . These and the biscuits came out rather quickly. Them ordered entrees. Didn't seem like a long wait for our food and others around us also being served in what seemed a timely manner. The food was awesome!! And I can't brag enough about Shanique and her attentive service! She was checking on us several times throughout our meal like we were her only table, even though I know we were not. One of my friends came with his family after seeing my snapchats of the biscuits and were sat 30 minutes after us and received their food before us. The cajun chicken Alfredo that I've gotten for years was bland and about the size of a half portion last time I went and had little to no chicken. I ordered a second order of it to go for my lunch today and opened it to find that it had no sauce, just plain noodles and chicken?! I went here with my boyfriend, two separate occasions, two different waitresses each time, they both completely ignored me and asked my boyfriend what he wanted, HE had to ask me if i wanted anything because they neglected to. One of them literally bent over the table leaning into my boyfriend to look at his menu, as if they don't work there and haven't seen it before. The food was over cooked and rubbery and expensive. Only refilled my boyfriends drink, only spoke to him when approaching the table. What an unexpected surprise. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a fan of Red Lobster...My family and I ended up eating dinner here tonight because my Mother-In-Law really likes it. Going in on a Monday afternoon at 4:30, my expectations were very low. From the time we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly host who took the time to show my 6 year old the lobsters in the tank and even got one out so she could look at it up close. He seated us and even shared the specials with us before leaving our table. Then our very friendly server took over and provided excellent and friendly service the entire time we were there. In addition to the service being great, the food was delicious. If you haven't tried Red Lobster in awhile, I highly recommend giving it a shot! read more

First of all, the food overall was not bad, but several dishes had issues. I ordered the big shrimp deal, with four different selections... The jumbo coconut shrimp were anything but jumbo (sizes at 16-20), the brown sugar grilled shrimp were somewhat rubbery, and in the creamy pasta with shrimp i discovered several pieces of shrimp shells ( showed the culinary manager who 'comped' my entree... Looking for positive note I ordered their delightful-looking apple crostada for dessert....unfortunately, it wasn't filled OR full of the heirloom apples (as advertised) but rather I found that the outsides all around the crostada were just doughy masses of nothingness.... All in all not what I went there for...so I doubt we'll be back...a shame... read more

I'm a big fan of those biscuits, so that is where most of their rating comes from! The food is usually hit or miss for me. The servers (especially Montana) have been great the past few times I've been there. The salads are usually a no-go for me (Im just not a fan of the crunchy lettuce parts) but the pasta is pretty yummy! Recently redone and updated. It made a big difference in the overall feel and improved the whole experience. We were well cared for by the staff and the food came out in a timely manner tasting great. Cheddar biscuits were AMAZING (as always). I've been to the Red Lobster on Washington Road and I must say, this one is superior. i LOVE the fried calamari appetizer and here, our food arrived almost 10 minutes after we were seated and received our drinks. Had dinner here last night with my son. Service was great! My raspberry margarita was marginal at best...super sweet and cloying. Next time I'll stick to wine.
