Have been coming here since their previous name of, "Heavenly Coffee". The 1 star that I gave accounts for the fact they have flavored beans, and the coffee itself is good. They are so rude, that I've held off reviewing for over a year, but I had the simplest request this morning and the snotty blond haired middle aged barista went in the back to snark at her buddy about my order; (guess she thought I didn't see her). Made my coffee and couldn't even look me in the eyes to give it to me over her aggravation of a very simple order, that she slopped together, in an unbusy store. The store itself is kind of cold and frigid in ambiance and they offer no breakfast foods other than packaged cookies that are more than $5 each and some other highly processed packaged items and bottled refrigerated drinks. Nothing is labeled w the price, so a small coffee is more than $5 and a different price cash vs. card.
Whoever staffs this place really chooses low-vibe individuals. A different time w different staff I came in, waited for like 25min as the barista called everyone else to be served including her friends and made me wait to be last even after people came in (without previously ordering online), and served them first taking and making their full orders as if I was not there. I am typically very pleasant, dress normal, my hair is a normal color, etc.
Guess the "Heavenly" really couldn't stick and red label matches the diabolical vibe. Very disappointing. They're more expensive than the very large corporation coffee company in town; so it just doesn't make sense, unless you're somehow an insider to what seems to be a very clique-ish crew. read more
